Clean, good selection, typical Kohl's. Only 3 stars because they changed from normal carts so I had to carry my child through the whole store. I would have stayed longer to shop but my arms got too tired carrying my 9 month old.

So my husband was there today, it was a MESS! He needed dress pants for work and could find his size. It looked like they had been ransacked recently . At check out the lady asks"Did you find everything alright?" He says it's weird but only the dress pants area was a mess. I couldn't find anything. She puts her head down and says nothing. FYI. Your next step should be accountability. Apologize for the mess, state that you will get it taking care of and then offer appreciation for the honesty and move forward. This is the only way to handle company mistakes with grace. #trainpeopleright

I had to return some ill fitting tops. Customer service person was terrific. I had forgotten my receipt at the desk and she even paged me to say I had forgotten it. Terrific experience

It was well organized .great prices and sales. And the employee are wonderfully helpful.i have never had a better shopping experience. And most of all its all one level. That saves me more time going up and down looking for stuff having to memorize witch level its on.and most of all its fun

Went there to buy luggage. They had a large selection. Also surprised by how expensive luggage was. We ended up finding a set that was perfect for us and wasn't that expensive

Only one register open, 4 people in line! I have been standing here for 20 minutes. It's taking longer just standing here than when I went to go pick out my products! Come on Kohls!!! This is absolutely insane. Not worth coming in ever again. Also no one welcomed me when I came in!
