I called on Friday, 3/31 to ask if they accept the spay/neuter vouchers provided to me by our local shelter. I was told that someone would call me back and they never did. I called in again on Tuesday, 4/4. I waited on hold for 25 minutes before becoming frustrated and hanging up. I sent in an email with the same question, politely noting my previous two experiences calling them and that it has been frustrating reaching them thus far.

It has been almost a week and I have not received an email. I am not very keen on working with such a non-responsive company, so consider my business lost. This is not a professional way to handle potential clients.

I was a little nervous as I have a 5 lb Yorkie. I brought him to get neutered and they did wonderful! They even called me to ask if it was OK to pull his baby teeth that had not come out on their own causing him to have 2 rows of teeth. This procedure and teeth pulling would have cost over $300 at my vet. They even cut his nails! Great service! I was happy!

Dr. Langlois spayed all the cats for the Kent Special Riding Program 2 years ago. He did a fantastic job, all 5 cats were back on the job the next day. Thank you!

Worse experience ever. They fixed my female cat and didn't sew her up right so her insincion came open and looked disgusting so I had to take her back in to get drained and resewn up. Not impressed at all. Then to add to that she got a hard lump next to her incision. Definitely not taking her or any of my future animals to this place again.

As the owner of New Hope Pet Rescue I am honored to have Spay and Neuter Express as a partner. They have not only provided professional and compassionate vetting for hundreds of shelter pups but they have also been a huge support for my staff. They have educated us and given us information regarding vetting that we might not have otherwise gotten. They have played a huge part in our success and we recommend then to anyone that is looking for quality service at an affordable price.

I wish I had the option for no 'stars' on this review. I made the worst decision when I decided to try and save myself a few dollars and go to Spay/Neuter express. Please do your research on this place (as I wish I would have) before putting your beloved 4 legged friend in their hands. My German Shepherd needed to have emergency surgery after Spay/Neuter express neutered him. He was bleeding internally and if I wouldn't have decided to take him to an actual veterinarian clinic, I wouldn't have him today. Now I'm still paying for the $700 emergency surgery. Look up Dr. Langlois' license on the LARA website You will see on his license he has complaints, suspensions of his license, etc. If I would have known to research and look up licenses before my dogs procedure, I would NEVER have taken him there. The office staff is also completely unprofessional and yelled at me when I told them I took my dog in to an animal hospital to correct the surgery they had performed. Plain and simple The extra money for a non hack job neuter is an excellent investment if you love your pet! :)
