My wedding is in a very limited amount of time, I went in to the store with them knowing this and Lisa did everything to make sure I found a dress that suited me perfectly for our day! She made the experience so much more than just trying on dresses, and she helped me decide on such a big part of such a big day. She made sure to focus on the emotional aspect as well as how the dress looked. I would highly recommend going in and working with Lisa, or anyone from Becker’s, to help find you the perfect gown!

Awesome awesome experience! I was worried I would be too overwhelmed when we walked in because it seemed to be pretty busy (which made sense, it was a Saturday afternoon) However, after confirming our reservation, we were quickly assigned someone to help us and our own seating/mirror/fitting room area. The staff member who helped us, Lacey, was incredibly knowledgeable of all the different dresses they carried and I was continuously impressed that every dress she brought me was within the list of things I told her I liked and within budget ;)! She was also very easy to talk to and kept us focused (I brought 6 people so there were a lot of people moving around!) Also, there were so many options within a lot of different price points that practically any bride could find their gown there. I found mine within an hour!! So happy I went to Beckers!!

The last time I was at Becker’s Bridal was when my mom’s youngest sister had her wedding dress fitting many years ago. Prior to that, I was there for HS formals. Yesterday was my turn to shop for my wedding gown and I can NOT truly express how happy I was and am with the service I received. My consultant, Danyel, was awesome: friendly, compassionate, patient, and full of both enthusiasm and smiles. Becker’s has renovated the place since I was there last. I was very pleased with the size of the place, the selection of dresses (simply gorgeous), the various and accommodating price ranges, and most of all, cleanliness. I went to a place prior to shopping at Becker’s and was disappointed by how the consultants treated the gowns: tossing them about and stepping on them. If I going to spend a certain amount of money, I want to know that the dresses - especially my dress - will be treated with respect. Kudos Becker’s! I’ll be back around with my daughter for her bridesmaid dress, HS formals, and eventual wedding!

I came to Becker's all by myself because I couldn't find the dress I want anywhere and Becker's was recommended by a different bridal shop. Becker's Bridal was breathtaking inside with so many options! I tried on quite a few dresses with the help of an employee, Penny; she was wonderful. She helped me with all the dresses and gave me her input while finding dresses that I describe. Penny ended up picking my dress! I found the dress I want and couldn't be happier with it.

I came all the way from San Antonio to find my wedding dress at Becker's and it was worth it! My mother had an article clipped out from the Detroit News for years about Becker's Bridal so when I told her it was time to shop for a dress she knew exactly where to take me.
Penny helped us every step of the way and gave us her undivided attention the entire time. She will take into consideration your budget, your figure, and style and make suggestions. The selection and range of sizes and styles available is vast but thankfully Penny made a potentially overwhelming ordeal a fun experience.
I'm so happy with the dress we found and even more happy that my mom decided to buy it for me, thanks Mom!! And thank you Penny for the personalized service and help finding the perfect dress!response / report this review -

LOVE!! Such great customer care and so many beautiful options. My dress is a dream and they were so helpful all along the way. Derek went out of his way to help set me up with a bridesmaid dress contact at their other location, personally helped me pick hair accessories to match my dress and even gave honest opinions on dresses! I would 100% send anyone I know looking for a wedding dress to Becker's.

Becker's bridal gown selection and staff helped make my wedding day beyond magical. Leah was so patient with me, going through quiet a few dresses to help me find the one. Based on her knowledge and expertise she ended up picking out a dress I thought wouldn't look good on my body type. It ended up fitting my body like a glove accentuating every good part about it! The gown selection is unbelievable with one of a kind and hand selected designer gowns! I wouldn't refer my bridal friends to any other bridal boutique !! Thank you so much to the staff for their above and beyond attitude as well as patience to help every bride fulfill their dreams! Becker's is the best !!!!!!

I went to Becker's thinking that I would definitely find my dress there, as I'd heard such great things in the past. I had two appointments at salons that day. At the first salon, I found a dress I loved, but needed to fulfill my curiosity and still headed to Becker's. I had been told by one person that Becker's kept everything packed so tightly, that it was hard to look through the dresses. Upon arrival I soon realized how right they were. It was really difficult to find anything, or even see an entire dress without almost ripping the beading off of another one. Also, not being organized by shape of the dress ended up wasting a lot of time digging through stuff. My consultant was far less than stellar. She took me and my crew to our fitting room, which had a pedestal right next to another bride. It immediately felt like I was a sheep. The lighting was terrible and exhausted me quickly. Then my consultant took me and my bridesmaids to pick out dresses, but asked that the moms stay seated, without explaining. This seemed rude to me; like she was telling the moms they clearly wouldn't know what I was looking for or would have outdated tastes. I tried on a few dresses that I liked, but none that I loved. After several dresses, I came to the realization that the dress at the other store was the one I wanted. After vocalizing this, my consultant kept asking me to try on dresses that she thought looked like the one from the other salon (they didn't, her listening skills were not up to par). And she refused to read in my face that I was done. I appeased her and continued not to like anything. When we were getting ready to leave, they tried to convince us to buy the dress from the other salon, through them. They kept asking us not to leave and I felt that was very rude. It was clear that I was just a sale to them and not a bride. The consultant at the other salon was so great when I said I still wanted to make my appointment at Becker's. So it just made it all so clear that I should get my dress from someone who respected my decision, and didn't force anything on me.

Ordered my dress from Becker’s and when it came in, it was extremely short! I was told I’d be able to wear at least a 2” heel, (I was in heels when they originally took my measurements) and the dress is barely long enough when I am barefoot! I am extremely disappointed that I won’t be able to wear heels on my big day. Nothing makes you feel less elegant than having to wear flip flops down the aisle of the church. When I called to see if there was anything they could do to fix it I was told I had to take it to one of their “preferred” alteration stores to see if they could “stretch” the dress. Not sure how they would stretch a dress enough to get 2 more inches out of it. The person I talked to on the phone never even apologized to me.
Extremely disappointing when you pay top dollar for a dress and then it doesn’t even fit right. I’m even more upset that Becker’s didn’t stand behind their product.response / report this review -

I would give Becker's more stars if I could! I have to say wow! My stylist, Penny, was so fabulous to work with--not to mention, all the other staff was so very friendly and helpful too. The day I went to Becker's I found the dress of my dreams. Penny was so very helpful in finding the dress that was just perfect for my shape, budget, and that also fit the theme of my event. I never dreamed finding a dress would feel so magical. My advice to all other brides to be is to trust your stylist at Becker's--they have an eye for what will make you look and feel like a million bucks! My family and I will never forget the way they made us feel. It was truly and unbelievable, great experience.

Penny was wonderful! She was so friendly and everything she picked out for me was perfect. She chose a dress for me and it was exactly what I had in mind. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. I highly recommend Becker's Bridal!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Becker's. I traveled across the country to look here at the recommendation of my wedding planner and multiple friends.
-It was extremely disorganized. The dresses are all shoved together so tightly so you have to really be motivated to dig through these cramped closets. They are only organized by size- not shape or style, so it was near impossible to find what you were looking for
-Dirty- the dresses were not well taken care of. Multiple dresses had stains/make-up smears
-I brought in photos of about 20 dresses to give the consultant an idea of what I was looking for. She looked at them for maybe 20 seconds and then had my family and I pull our own dresses.
-After finding a dress that I really liked and wanted to purchase, my family urged me to go to one more store. I told the sales associate that I wanted to look at one other store before returning to purchase the dress, so she charged me $15 to "save my measurements" (I'm a stock size)
-Immediately, I decided that would be the only $15 they would get from me. I made a last minute appointment at another boutique that turned out to be a dream- well organized, friendly, and had gorgeous dresses. I found my dream dress at the other boutique.
-In summary, thank you thank you thank you to the pushy sales associate who encouraged me to look elsewhere! Had it not been for you, I would've ended up in a "meh" dress from Becker's!response / report this review -

Becker's Bridal is the ONLY place to go to find your dream dress. I went to a few other dress shops but ended up going right back to Becker's because I fell in love with their dress selection, service, and atmosphere. It's so nice in the store and the people that worked with me were beyond helpful and seemed so genuine. I found the perfect dress, that fits my theme and vision perfectly. I also found the perfect set of jewelry to go with it. I'm so happy I went to Becker's. My mom and I went across the street and got her mother of the bride dress also. The dress is so stunning. Can't wait for my wedding in September!
