Not impressed. Some of the bottoms of the dresses we're brown like super dirty the bra or whatever I used to try on was discustingly dirty and also the dresses smelled like urine. And they didn't even give me a choice to pick out my dress which why wouldn't a bridal shop give you that choice for your own wedding dress. the lady that helped me asked me a bunch of questions at the beginning which some of the questions were not any of her business, Which I didn't like that. They wouldn't let us order a new dress we had to buy the ones in the store that people try on daily. Why would you buy a dress that's not new. IDK this place is discusting and I will never go back. Glad to hear it went out of business. Hopefully it stays that way.

Staff were surprisingly rude. Family and friends came in to browse bridesmaids dresses, without an appointment, and the staff seemed discussed by our presence. Their website even states that you do not need an appointment. Definitely will not be returning or recommending their services to anyone, with or without an appointment.

I had a great experience working with the stylists at this location! They take the time to focus on you and get to know what kind of personality you have which ultimately leads you to the look you are going for! I'm so happy I found my dress here!

This was the first store I had went to. I, being a very girly girl, was hoping to find a Disney princess dress. My consultant was very sweet, letting me look through the racks and pull over 20 dresses to try. She would "jack me up" with anything I wanted. Although I did not get my dress from here it was still a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience!!!!! Everyone there was amazing, great selection in dresses and everyone had a smile and gave great advice. Shortly after I got my dress my mom passed away and the staff there was so amazing helping me get my accessories and a special touch to put on my dress in honor of my mom. I would recommend them to everyone. Also got my bridesmaid dresses there and the girls loved the selection and color choices we could get. My Consultant even came to my wedding she was the most caring and sincere person I have ever met. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I scheduled an appointment and yet when I got there they told me she was running behind so I would have to wait. I ended up waiting for roughly half an hour until my appointment could begin. This almost would have been okay but the people at the front counter were rude and ignoring us. They didn't tell us we could pick out dresses or offer us a place to sit or talk to us at all. It was very awkward. Then to begin my appointment she had me fill out forms which I could've done while I was waiting. To top it off she tried to rush me through my appointment and I wanted my full time since I had to wait. We did end up finding my perfect dress and it was under the budget I gave her which I why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. I ended up only putting down 60% of my total and they said when my dress came in I would have to pay the remaining 40% before in could leave the store with my dress. My dress ended up coming in way before they told me and then they called me while I was sleeping and I didn't answer so they left a voicemail saying that they were talking the remaining balance out of my account! I was so freaked out cause they said they wouldn't run my card unless I abandoned the dress and I didn't think I had that much money in my account. I was pissed. I do not recommend this dress shop to anyone else. I didn't even get my alterations done here cause I didn't trust them.

I couldn't get over the genuine care for me as a bride. Tai was my stylist and took her time with me to narrow down my style, finding several amazing choices for me. I was very impressed with the selection and service provided at Alfred Angelo.
