I've never been to Koeze's, so I know nothing about their customer service (I live in the Chicago area). But, I noticed a jar of Koeze's peanut butter at the South Loop Wholefoods, noticed it was from Grand Rapids, and tried it about five years ago. Peanut butter is my diet staple, and I've tried many brands over the decades. Koeze's (both crunchy and smooth) is by far the best I've had. Only a couple of stores carry it in Cook County as far as I know, so it's precious! I buy several jars at a time, because occasionally they're of stock. My sister, who lives in Grand Rapids, sends
other Koeze products for Christmas, and the quality is equal to the peanut butter. From my experience, there's no other variety of peanut products that compares!!response / report this review -

I had a great experience at Koeze! The staff was so friendly and helpful, plus they gift wrapped my purchase beautifully (for free!) Everything I've tried from this store is delicious. I would definitely recommend it for gift giving or just as a treat!

I was there on 10/6/17 to buy a little chocolate for my neighbor. Jan, the clerk, must have read my mind because (without me asking)she packaged the chocolate beautifully. My neighbor was thrilled with the gift. He agrees the chocolate is the best in the city but the way it was wrapped made it look extra special. This is my clumsy way of saying "thank you" to Jan.

I just bought your Peanut Butter for the very first time! And I tell you what, This will be the only peanut butter I will purchase from now on.
I'm from Boston and this peanut butter will make a great Fluffanutter Sandwich.
