As I was very impressed by the selection , The service was horrible. The first time I was was told what all of the black people typically buy and how they use them.The owner or manager kept telling me that the black people buy this and the black people by that. Because I had already had my beads in hand I went ahead and purchased them and I spent a good deal of money that day and bought some pretty beads. As I allow people to have their own feelings I return to the store another day to buy charms and maybe purchase a few more beads. This time as I got ready to leave the store I noticed some tumbled stones. And I started to look through them another lady came over and started watching me. Apparently I was taking too long because she started to tap her feet as she watched me. At that point I put my tumbled stones down and exited the store and will never return . I will note that there were other people in the store and they were not being washed as closely.

I've been in this store twice and I have sent people here. Those I have sent and both my experiences were great. Beautiful selection of beads, great prices and very friendly staff. I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been to bead stores all over the United States and this place is worth the visit.

The worst management I have ever seen in USA. They have claimed that the beads are original but they are actually dyed.

Just went in there because I work close by and I absolutely loved this store! It is clean and clear. Clearly marked signs. Very helpful assistance. Got what I needed. Don't understand where the negative feedback comes from. Try it and see for yourself.
