Home away from home my first experience was leaving another local hotel that was not in great order as soon as walking in the door you can smell the cleanliness then seen the lovely breakfast area knowing that they had it going on for a amazing hot breakfast!
Sausage biscuits gravy eggs biscuits sausage patties multiple cereals waffles orange juice apple juice milk Donuts muffins bagels English muffins fresh fruit yogurt hot chocolate coffee tea and assorted varieties. The staff is very friendly exceptionally helpful rooms are neat and tidy and if you need anything all you have to do is ask. Amazing shower pressure tubs to take a nice soaking bath beds that feel like Heavenly pillows great computer stations to set up for your little personal business excellent selection of TV channels to sit back and veg out in order a pizza and enjoy your relaxation away from everything.

The owners are not very nice or professional, they constantly speak In their language in front of you. When we walked to our room all you could smell is cigarette smoke, we get to our room it looks clean until you find a pair of dirty underwear, we tell the owners and they say they will get someone to come clean it. This was at 10:00 am and no one returned to our room until 4:30 pm to clean it. And they told us they would switch us rooms and never followed through. Nor did we receive any help about the underwear, they asked us to bring them down ourselves so I did and they just threw them away. The owner Mrs.Patel said oh well there’s nothing we can do about this.

Check-in was pleasant however pool is closed due to concrete deck repairs. Room was clean but bathroom fixtures were worn, toilet handle sticks, tub drain plug not operational. Dead bolt for night security did not work. House keeping staff refused to take my used towels @ 3:15pm even though I said I did not need service on the room. The day staff were so unhelpful to me with a broken foot. The Breakfast buffet was out of both types of milk, pancake batter empty, no sausage and only 1 biscuit left when I arrived @ 9am. Thankfully I had coffee in my room so I went out for a good breakfast. I told the mom of 4 children to ask for milk so her family could at least have cold cereal. I observed the front desk gal covers the check outs, the buffet and housekeeping. Really Ramada? If you are taking our room fees at least staff the place so it is more than a bed and bath for weary travelers.

Room.comfortable but not the cleanest facility. Room.rates very reasonable considering that it was Labor Day weekend. Amenities pretty good as each room has a mini-fridge, microwave oven, and large screen TV. Added perk is an inroom jacuzzi.

This place is horrible. Stinks. Run down. AC not working. Cannot get someone to fic it. Freezing last night, sweating thus morning, in the room. Free breakfast not worth cost. I recommend staying away from here. Seedy neighbor hood. Bar next door, strip bar up the block. Stay away. Outrageous priced

Buyer beware when reserving a room with this hotel. Don't trust it. I reserved a room with two double beds. Upon arrival, the reservation had been switched to a single king bed. Showing proof of a two-bedroom reservation meant nothing to the manager. He said the charges would increase for a two-bed room despite proof that we paid for a double room. Ridiculous, despite the argument that we didn't make the reservation directly through Ramada! No more Ramada reservations for this family.

I would rate this ZERO stars if I could. First off the first room we were in smelt like mildew, sweat and urine all combined. HORRIBLE smell. I ignored it until I pulled the sheets up and there was hair in my bed. That is when I went down stairs to ask if sheets could be changed and they told me I had to do it myself because there was no housekeeping. I then spotted green mold on the ceiling and toe nail clippings on the floor along with a needle SYRINGE cap, and an empty water bottle. After I spotted all of that I requested another room and the front desk lady said there were no other rooms available so I made her call the owner. The owner comes to check out the room and keeps denying that there is mold on the ceiling and said the syringe cap was just a normal piece of plastic, but at this point I am requesting a refund for the mold. He then gives me another room that also smells and the toilet is clogged. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE, EVEN IF ITS JUST FOR ONE NIGHT. This is the type of HOTEL or should I say MOTEL that gives this industry such a bad name.

I rented the jacuzzi king bed suite. It was delightful! We enjoyed the nice red heart shaped tub, the great water pressure in the shower, and amount of towels that we were given (even though it was just the two of us). The continental breakfast was simple. It featured biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, and various pastries. There was also the "make your own waffle" griddle available. The only changes that I would make are a better smelling elevator, more fruit featured at breakfast (only apples), and directions for using the jacuzzi should be posted somewhere. I did not use the pool. Overall, fun trip!

So far so good, customer service is great, breakfast has decent select (waffles, bagels, yogurt, biscuits and gravy), had some co-workers complain about the smoking rooms smell, but my roommate and myself did not have any problems

Clean, cold room and hot water. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Lost a star for no cheese and having to smoke outside.

I had a reservation for a weeks stay at this hotel. We had been in the car for over 12 hours!! We show up exhausted, ready to check in & rest. But we are met with a rude, condescending, pompous manager. He is very hateful with us when we inquire about anything. Then we get to our room & there is black mold on the curtains, in one entire corner of the room as well as the bathrooms. Not to mention a mildew smelling shower curtain with blood stains on it & a tub that looked as though it had not been cleaned in ages. I have severe asthma & allergies & this was not ok. We ask about another room & are told they cannot accommodate us even though the parking lot was empty & the hotel was dead (not to mention we checked in on a Tuesday). So we inquire about a refund so we can go elsewhere & are told no refunds. So after paying over $600 in cash for the full stay we just deal with it & I clean the room the best I can myself. Around 2am I get an email notification my credit card had been charged for the stay despite the fact I paid cash in full already. When i asked the manager about it he claimed he didn't know & encouraged me to talk to my bank. We had friends staying nearby & they came by one morning at 9am to meet us in the lobby & chat about the days events. The front desk lady hollered at one of them & waved him over. Then informed him that they all had to leave since they weren't paying guests they had to wait to "visit" until after 10am when the breakfast was shut down. How ridiculous!!! Needless to say I gave them our room key & had them wait while we ate. Also the breakfast was mediocre at best. They served the exact same selection every single day & it was generally stale/cold & just severely lacking. It was just all around a horrible hotel experience. I come to Florida several times a year & believe me I will never stay at this hotel again. It is a disgrace to the Wyndham name & more suitable to a motel not hotel.

2 1/2 Building a little outdated hallways smelled like smoke (not cigarettes either). Bathroom wasn't clean enough for me, needs renovating. The night staff was awesome though very friendly and helpful. They have microwave, refrigerator, iron and coffee maker.

I hope you're reading this before you waste your money. Didn't get into town until 11:30pm unfortunately but the guy at the desk is a moron. Young cat maybe 23 and he didn't know his head from a stump in the mud. He called the manager in because he didn't know how to print me a credit card receipt..(lol) and they lied and told me they gave me my military discount and my wife (who is very good at math) calculated it while we were standing there and said the price was the same as the one we were given. So $130+tax for one night?? And then lied about the discount. All he could say was we don't do refunds. We plan to do some rearranging to our room while we are here. Not destroying, just remodeling🙃
