Had a great visit. Pool too cold to use. The staff is very nice and helpful. Location is fantastic.

Very well done hotel on the inside. The only gripe was the parking measure, in which it never opened for us. The rest of the hotel was fascinating, however!

My wife and I attempted to stay 2 nights. Rooms were uncomfortably hot and while we were sleeping around 10pm we had a front desk employee knocking on our door like if she was a police officer. She also proceeded to open the door while we were in our hotel bed trying to sleep, luckily the secondary lock was on. I made my way to the door and after i opened it she responded to my irritated facial expression with "oh I thought this room was vacant". Slightly ticked off being woke from my sleep I gave no response and closed the door. My wife and I were so upset we packed up and left right after the incident. I think staff should be more knowlegable about what rooms are really vacant in their own hotel as well as a better procedure instead of going around at 10pm knocking on doors. They should be keeping track on a database on a computer. Not rudely interrupting a guests slumber like they have no professionalism. I would highly not recommend waisting money on this hotel.

Normally, I would give it five stars, but I had an issue with their bathroom. It wasn't cleaned thoroughly. You could tell because the floor still had hair from the last guest and drops of urine on the floor next to the toilet. I called a few times for house cleaning. On the third attempt they came to clean it then. I would still stay there. Seemed like an isolated incident as my preferred stay is usually with an Embassy Suites and I haven't had an issue with it.

The staff and amenities were great, especially the complementary happy hour. I enjoyed my room. There was separation between the sleeping area and the front room with doors that close. The front room had a couch, two chairs, and a coffee table which might be a little too much furniture for some but it worked for me. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cearals, etc.) but not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone in the area for business OR pleasure.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and happy hour!

It is a shame that they charged employees full price per nigg when they knew Hurricane Irma had come through and we had no place to go and take out little dog with us 😔

Pool is much smaller than it appears online. Breakfast is awesome. Beds are comfortable but small, only have double beds, no queens.

Location is on I drive. The layout is pretty cool and good views from any room. The rooms are really spacious. Had just over 20+ people in one room and still pretty comfortable. Service is excelent. Clean, friendly and great service.

Beautiful hotel Has a very futuristic look to it. The manager showed great customer service. I asked you arrived one day early because I made a mistake on my travel arrangements. She was able to make adjustments and find a room for me.

I have suite with 2 full beds and additional sitting. The room has a modern decor. Gray and subtle hints of bold colors. Art work captures the imagination of area amusement park. Free breakfast the made to order omelettes. The service staff is excellent and attentive.

Stayed here while attending a tradeshow. Front desk wouldn't accept the tax exempt form from work. Other than that I have had a excellent experience. Provided breakfast in the common area is pretty good.

This Hotel is right in the middle of all the excitement of Orlando.. The room service, concierge and valet staff were very professional. I didn't have any problems with this Hotel Happy Hour everyday for guest with appetizers.. walking distance to the new Eye of Orlando attraction and the Aquarium.. Lets not forget Madame Toussannd Museum

Not a bad place, rooms are reasonably spacious with good amenities. The breakfast is free but not that great. The eggs made to order are nice and if there are waffles they are nice too.
The hotel claims to be a mile from the Convention Center but it is more like 1.5mi. Too far to walk. You'll have to Uber or drive.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms are awesome and very spacious. There is an indoor pool, a nice bar on site and the free breakfast was incredible! You can order special omelettes and all the bacon you can eat! Great times were had by everyone.

Love the customer service very outstanding from the valet guy, front desk, server, bartender and breakfast attendants. Even the front desk manager text to thank for our stay. If it is an automated setup, still it's a great idea for making the guest feel welcomed and missed for leaving.
The layout of the room was impressive Very helpful the sofa bed and the separation between the room with the cozy living room. Very well equiped and clean.
