Stayed here tired from the first leg of a trip with 10 hours on the road expecting to unwind. We were told at check in at around 5 pm-ish there was renovation going on in an room next to us, but that the work was going to be done in an hour. We were fine with that since we were planning on eating dinner before coming back to the room. Around 9:00 pm the workers were still working and making noise. We made a call to the front desk and was told there shouldn’t be anyone working anymore but they would check on it. Sometime around 2 am someone walked by and pounded on the outside wall laughing. People checked into the room next to us at 3 AM laughing and opening and slamming each drawer shut . On top of this the bathroom was extremely tiny with the side of the toilet literally being inches from the wall, and a bigger person would not even be able to shut the door . Mattress hard and lumpy, and small, flat pillows I wouldn’t let my dog lay on. When approaching the manager, we were told “I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay” and nothing else. I must say we are mature people in our 50’s who don’t go around seeking trouble and are not overly critical. But we will be forwarding the managers poor response higher up. Please don’t stay here if you need sleep for a 20 hour trip like we did!

I have to say I am impressed with how clean our room is and how comfortable it is to be able to work things out with Missy the GM, she is friendly and a comadating. We couldn't ask for better service.

I'm sorry to say that our stay was quite disappointing. We drove until 2:30am and decided to stop for the night. After reading on our phone that the Baymont Inn was a great place and only $64/night, we choose to go there. It looked very nice from the outside. We were sooo tired, we went ahead and took the room, even though they charged us $102.00Actually, that's the most we've ever paid traveling back and forth between Mi. and Florida.
The room was very dirty. The white wash cloths were stained and yellowplus they wanted us out at 11am or we would be charged for another day. That gave us only 8 hours for over $100. We just felt cheated.response / report this review -

The customer service was poor. Also wasn't allowed to check in early even though I had no car and couldn't even go or come back later. They werent very friendly.

The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly! I did have an issue but it was resolved immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

They say they offer free Wi-Fi but I couldn't get a signal. Clean but you have to go to the office yourself to get towels and toilet paper. A lot of people actually lives there. One coup6 argued constantly.

If you just need a clean place to sleep for the night, this is the place. Good rate and close access to interstate 75. Breakfast was good also.

Our baseball team stayed at this hotel for a tournament and it was a wonderful experience! The lady up front, Pam, was wonderful and exceptionally helpful!

Nice rooms at a good rate. Clean and curtious staff, great breakfast selection and pool area was open during our visit. We will definetly be visiting again.
