The holiday was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The pool looked abandoned and was not open. The fitness center was very limited with its equipment. It had 4 cardio machines The room we stayed in was clean. It did not have hot water or good shower pressure. The breakfast was decent; cereals, bananas, apples, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and eggs.

It's very nice. Quite and cameras all in hall, breakfast area and parking lot so u feel safe. It's super clean and comfy. Kinda on the expensive side though

The room was nice and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was great. It's a great hotel, don't expect like a crazy nice place, but everything is modern and clean.

With a last minute change in destinations, we were given a clean, comfortable room with no hassle, and the staff had our membership rewards information pulled up and ready for us before we checked in. Tip of the hat.

Fantastic service. Very basic, clean rooms. Front desk allowed a late check-out with no problem, which was very much appreciated. This will likely be our go-to for overnight stays in Rome from now on.

You can tell this hotel was built for the several construction and large trucks that are here every week night. I was one of them. This hotel is great. Clean, friendly service, clean rooms, fast internet (over 10MBPS) and DirecTV that had several channels.

This was our first stay at this location. It was conveniently located near several spread-out locations in the Rome area. If you need anything during your stay, the walmart very close by. Rome does not have a Target and and being that close to a Superstore was really helpful to us as our trip was impromptu. We received a room with 2 queen beds, which worked well for myself, my husband, and my son. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Check in and check out were both quick and painless and employees were kind and friendly. The free continental breakfast was great for us as we were preparing for a funeral and needed to convenience. It also included a wide variety of foods and my toddler ate quite a9 bit, so thanks for having all those options!
