its an ok place its just that they dont have generator for when the power runs out when we were there

I wouldn't even give this place a star if I had a choice. My husband and our two kids were traveling through on our way home from Tennessee and we wanted to stay somewhere to enjoy some time together and not have to drive in the dark. We saw snow and the kids hadn't ever seen snow so they got out and played at the hotel we were planning on staying at. After they finished they were freezing and crying (they're only 2 and 4) and again have never seen snow before. I went in the hotel to talk to them about a room and to get my children changed. No one was at the front desk and I saw the bathroom to the right so I went in to go ahead and change my children. When me and my husband and the kids came out of the bathroom we were attacked. Literally by this man and woman I'm assuming owns this inn. They were talking to us in their language (probably not very nicely) and told us we were trespassing and how it was incredibly awful for us to use "their" bathroom. That they wouldn't walk into our house and just use the bathroom without permission which I can understand but they didn't even give us a chance to explain. They immediately told us not to leave any dirty diapers and etc like we are going to leave the bathroom a complete mess just because we have kids. We didn't have any dirty diapers or anything. I just wanted my kids in warmer clothes. Then they complained about the water from the ice on the ground. I can't control the weather outside.. but they got me a mop and I cleaned it up. I didn't get a thank you or anything.. Me and my husband both immediately apologized and they went on about how sorry wasn't enough. Even when we were trying to be nice and calm and apologize they were so awful and hateful. I for one will not be staying here. They will not get a cent of my money. I hope they are nicer to people who are staying there but they need to learn to be nice to people without knowing if they are staying or not. This just ruined mine and my husbands mood and honestly don't know where else to try to stay at. This happened all in front of my kids so the children saw and heard them yelling at us. I'm sorry we used their bathroom and disrespected them but no one was at the front desk and I had both of our children freezing. I just wanted them in warm clothes and then we could get a room to stay in and enjoy the rest of our night.. but now I have to find somewhere else to stay at. They were rude, hateful, disrespectful and mean. I would not recommend anyone staying here with their attitude.

A terrible experience. Saw bugs crawling around the room, bathroom floor looks like it has not been clean in a while, their "breakfast" was just a loaf of bread next to a toaster and juice that tastes awful. The staff didn't speak much English. All together I will NEVER stay here again.

Nasty, disgusting, place. If you want to get a room here your crazy! People litterally stay up all night, and are super loud they offer drugs or ask where to get them, and it is located right beside a bar. So expect no sleep and to be bothered a lot! Plus their rooms are soooo nasty! Take a can of raid with you!

Owners cuss you like a dog over the dumbest stuff. Managers steal stuff that is left behind by guests. Always nosy when the guests that are staying there have people come over. The lady owner will snatch food out of your child's hand because u pay by the week not the night which is so messed up. I would not stay here if my life depended on it.

I give them 5 stars. Not that they are Caesar's Palace or anything but the place was clean updated nice TVs nice bedspreads and pillows. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good. Big Stop store near them also was very good to get some snacks for the night at the hotel. All in all it's a good stop

Didn't even get a chance to check in and I decided not to go to this hotel . I understand there's a bar next door but the music was so loud that I didn't even want to get a room because I knew I wasn't going to get any sleep. That is just ridiculous if you ask me.

Well, the pictures online are NOTHING like the actual motel. It is run down, and my three young kids witnessed some VERY inappropriate things, Like possible prostitution (two men walked out of a room, and a lady was behind them in just a bra and skirt and she was "fixing" her top half saying "y'all come back anytime") Then the drug paraphernalia was everywhere on the ground on the outside. Our room was NOT clean. It was so bad we got our money back. We do NOT recommend this place. I will sleep in my car before I stay here again!

This place is as nasty as they come! Had to sleep in my car because of people having sex on it. Hookers working the back part of the hotel. Used drug bags on the ground. No lighting for the parking lot so don't take any nice cars there. People arguing in the parking lot and after people get drunk at the bar they race up and down the parking lot. Staff is very unprofessional. Instead of renovations, they should use the money for demolition. Bath tubs have mold and the beds are filthy under the sheets! I wouldn't even give it one star rating. Very unsafe place to go. Not for families!

The sheets and covers were nasty. One had pink nail polish on it. The other had some kind of brown crud on it. The window curtain had a huge cut in it. The peephole had something sticking out of it and was covered by a plastic bag. The bed had a nail hanging out of it. The janitoral workers started cleaning at 7:30 I do NOT like to be disturbed till the very least 10:00. If check out is at 11 why are you disturbing guests with your cart and loud talking that early???Could not find the reservation spent 30 minutes looking for it finally given a room and it was the wrong one. Would not recommend.

The manager (male) is unbelievably rude. My husband woke up around 3am having a really bad nosebleed. He went through the toilet paper we had in the room. I walked to the front and rang the bell, since they locked up already. The guy finally came out of the room and wouldn't even come to the door. I tried to ask for a roll of tp, only to be waved away and given the middle finger. The microwave didn't work in the room and our daughter was woken up numerous times because of people walking by ALL NIGHT, along with fighting. It's ridiculous. Never again
