Worst place I ever stayed at in my life! Dirty, loud, staff unfriendly, started construction in the next room at 6am,& they shut the water off at 8:30am so I couldn't even shower! Terrible! Avoid at all costs!

Not a good experience. Put us up in what they called a Presidential suit as their other rooms were either not ready or up stairs. The hot water pipes made a noise all night and popping noise about every 8 min. Very small TV, towel rack hanging off the wall in bathroom and tub not clean. Left early.

We were very surprised at how nice the rooms were. Everything was very clean!! I immediately laid on the bed & noticed how freshly clean the linens were! The top blanket was thin enough to be laundered daily, it had a new style sink, the shower was an insert (not tile)I prefer these as they're easy to see that they're clean. The carpet was clean, socks & bare feet felt fine & did not have any dirt from walking around. The room had a flat screen tv, mini fridge, microwave, & coffee pot. Breakfast included (standard continental).
Mattress was a bit firm, & towels were very rough. I was still happily surprised with the room, & service. The price was so good, the room could've easily been priced $30+ more each night & would meet expectations!response / report this review -

if I could give it a zero star rating I would! Woman figured out every way she could to over charge us, ended up paying extra to stay there since we were already in the room! Beds were awful in one room! Hard as a rock and stained. Then my friend, who was in a separate room, in her name, paid on her own with cash was accused of stealing some blanket on the bed (which she absolutely did not do!) And the man gets nasty about it and then charges my card for HER room! This place is a joke and the people running it are rude and hateful and could not care less about hospitality. We witnessed them yelling at another person upstairs because his smoke detector was going off and he wasnt in his room so they had to go fix it. The whole experience here was an absolute joke!

Roachesowner came in our room without knocking - at 10:00 am on our first of two days. I was in my underwear and bra changinghe came right on in and I am disabled so not capable of moving quicklyafter he kept standing there I asked him politely to leavehe DID NOT! Told me he was there to make beds, check towels etche WOULD NOT leave!! I was uncomfortable and a little fearful! I went into the restroom to hide until he left which took him about 10 minutes! Beds were NOT made and nothing was done to the room! I DO not recommend this place and he needs to be reported if this has occurred to anyone else! 🇬

I needed a clean, safe place to stay for one night so that I could be at an event early the next morning. America's Best Value Inn and Suites was in a convenient location, and fit the bill perfectly. It wasn't fancy, but was just what I needed.

Previous guest absconded with the remote so at bed time we had 4-5 different people in the room to attempt programming the new one. But it's not a typical occurrence so shouldn't be an issue. The room was clean and the rate very reasonable. Morning time was chaotic as. 1030am the room phone rang to remind us we had 30 minutes to leave, which we acknowledged we were preparing to leave shortly, just to receive a knock 5 minutes later with the same message. There was only one other car in the parking lot so it was not like it was urgent. We made it out with 2 minutes to spare
