Beautiful place. The old factory setting was awesome! Rooms are big and comfortable with an incredible view of the river.

Beautifully restored and provides an amazing layout. Location is perfect. Park the car for a few days. There is so much to do within walking distance. You're also surrounded by trails and greenways and can use the hotel's bikes to get around as well. My room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. There was also plenty of free parking available. The workout facility is more extensive than most hotels and was a big plus for our stay.

The meeting rooms are absolutely wonderful and the available menus for special events are extensive. The staff was incredibly courteous. If you are looking for a meeting venue in Rome you must check out the facilities at the Hawthorne.

Our stay was great at Hawthorn. Absolutely no complaints. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Nothing extra-ordinary, but I would easily recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast. Crib mattress provided was terribly uncomfortable and not all rooms are allowed to have the roll-out beds they provide. Crib mattress felt like rigid springs wrapped in plactic. Bring something else if you planned on using theirs. The full size mattress was very comfy however, as were the pillows.

I was part of a large group that stayed here. Everyone was very hospitable and genuine. The hotel itself is very cool, with gorgeous and unique rooms. The only thing that threw me off was the sloped floor on the outermost 3rd floor, all the way around. We learned from the bartender at the gorgeous hotel bar that the third floor used to be a skating rink. Great hotel close to downtown Rome.

I met with a colleagues for drinks. I was very impressed with the level of customer service the moment I walked through the door. The restaurant has a very modern yet intamiate ambiance. It's perfect for both an after hours business meeting or call date night with your significant other. And the drinks are the best, delicious! I'd recommend everything Hawthorne suites.
