My husband and I were traveling through Indiana and at a gas station we discovered that we had lost one of our sway bars. We were 7 miles away from this place. I called and asked the guy in parts if they had any equalizer parts because we needed a sway bar. He told me he wasn't sure if they had a extra sway bar, they were closing in 3 minutes and no one was staying late. Apparently he didn't have time to see if they had a sway bar and our business wasn't needed. Never mind helping out a traveler in need. Check this place off our list if we are ever traveling through Indiana again!

They lied about thousands of dollars worth of water damage on a camper (beware: salesmen will say ANYthing to make a sale!), and they wouldn't drop the price even one penny. Happy to say I walked away, but feel bad for the poor suckers who are going to unknowingly buy an overpriced money trap. Avoid this dealership!

Had an issue with the toliet in our brand new camper, we bought someplace else, on the first trip. They properly fixed the cobbled job and did it the right way. 1000% recommend them.

Our new RV is fantastic! We love the service, selection and overall support we received from the staff. They knew just what we were looking for. We expressed our concerns about our purchase and the owner listened. They made everything right for us and we couldn't be happier. Our children and grandchildren will have memories that will last. Thank you to Dave and his staff for giving us 5 STAR service and helping us find the perfect camper!

We drove almost 2 hours for a travel trailer. We got there and the camper had water damage. And the outside was definitely not as nice as they claimed. We then became interested in another camper. We finally got the guy to come talk to us and he walked away in the middle of us talking to him. And never came back.. half the campers here are damaged. And extremely over priced .

If I could give less than one star I would. We bought our 2007 camper from them and we caught the black tank had a hole in it and they fixed it. We get it back and now our toilet is leaking? We try and fix it and we call them to see if they took off the toilet because we found out we were missing our gasket. Yup they did, and sure enough they had it. They said we could have the gasket back. By this time we already have floor water damage in the bathroom. Remind you it's there fault because they forgot the piece and they say sorry we can't do anything for you but we can give your gasket back. Yes we bought the camper as is, but that's when it was all working properly and WE DIDNT buy it with the water damage! I say take your business else where. They DON'T care about their costumes!

While staying at Barton Lake Jellystone Park, had an issue with my 2015 Keystone Sprinter leveling jacks. The service guy at BLRV (Dan) said that he didn't have time to look into my issue, even though they are a Keystone warranty center. He said that's what I get for buying a "Lower Quality" Sprinter as compared to the "Higher Quality" Cougars that they sell. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
