I have been with JD Byrider for years. My warranty covered a lot of repairs. Their auto repair shop not only managed to fix my vehicle but they were also quick doing the repairs. As long as you make your payments on time you will have a great experience at JD Byrider. My warranty ran out and they were still able to fix my van cheaper and with speedy service then most other shops. Thank you JD Byrider sales staff, cnac, and your auto repair shop. Great job ladies and gents

I've always had a great experience with JDBrider service center, sales dept., and the financial dept.. treated with respect and professionalism. If there is any kind of issues; All dept's. take care of what ever the issue may be in a quick manner. John and his whole crew; which work at the service dept. Is very professional and great at what they do. Lisa in the Anderson IN. Sales dept. is who to ask for. Make sure and tell her Ceylon sent you.

They got me in very quickly and was done with the job and just a couple hours. I was expecting it to take a day or two. And they got it done for about the price that I could have bought the parts for myself.

Love my sales man, but the finance guy took so long I was late getting to where I had to go and did not get done what was needed. I still love my new car though just don't appreciate how long it took. Last time I financed a car it was done on the phone and I signed paperwork when my car was delivered to me at work.
