Max was very helpful in our process of looking at various cars. Even though we decided it was not the right time to purchase Max was extremely helpful and not pushy. Toyota was very fair on their trade evaluation and generous in their discount on the car we were looking at. I would high recommend Max and Toyota of Muncie and will be looking up Max again when we are ready to purchase our next car.

My husband & I had such a wonderful experience with Toyota of Muncie. We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for but our salesman Max answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of vehicles we were interested in. Not only that he had such a fun personality that it made looking for a car a little less stressful and very relaxing and enjoyable! I would highly recommend Toyota of Muncie to anyone looking to get into a vehicle!

Recently my wife and I were looking for a Camry and we worked with Brandon Franklin. He was very knowledgeable on all the different trim levels and the different specs for each. He was very helpful through the whole experience and a very genuine person. I would recommend asking for Brandon if you visit!

I went to Toyota of Muncie after visiting Toyota in Anderson and found the only dealership I ever want to do business with again. I walked in and requested to talk to the salesman who knew the most about the 4Runner. The sales manager, Scott referred me to Devin and he answered every question I could come up with. He even helped me identify which package/trim level was best for my purposes. I wasn't pressured at all and felt comfortable in the friendly yet professional atmosphere. I ended up walking away so satisfied with my experience and my 4Runner that my wife ended up trading in her car for a Toyota Rav4 from Devin the same week! Each one of the staff here are extremely helpful and genuinely caring.

Having had a great experience with Jeff and Toyota of Muncie when I purchased my 4Runner in 2014, I reached out to Jeff to see if they could assist a relative with some credit issues in finding a reliable used car and securing financing. Jeff referred me to Mickey Rogers and he was outstanding. My relative had been shopping for cars and financing for weeks with no luck and even worse treatment at other dealerships. She talked to Mickey and had financing and a great Camry within a day. She told me how thankful she was for how they treated her and dealt with her credit situation. Can't thank them enough!!!

This past Monday, we just purchased a new Toyota from Toyota of Muncie. It was a totally enjoyable experience! The entire team of people that supported our purchase were friendly, professional and willing to do whatever possible to make us happy. Scott, the Sales Manager, was able to find the exact 2017 vehicle that we were looking for and bring it from out-of-state. Mike, the Finance Director, was extremely professional and helpful, in helping guide us through our finance and coverage purchase options. Caleb, our Sales Rep, followed through on all the details delivering the car and ordering a couple of optional accessories. Finally, David, the Product Specialist, did a very thorough job in teaching us about all of the technical aspects of the car. We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander. I did all my homework up front and on line. I reached out to all the dealers within my market and within a 100 mile radius. Toyota of Muncie was the most responsive, no game playing and came in well under its competitors on price. When I went to make the purchase of the vehicle I was greeted with warm friendly faces. They were well prepared for my arrival and made the process smooth and quick. I will most definitely recommend Toyota of Muncie to my family and friends and be a repeat customer. I always went to Toyota to get my car serviced and always had great customer service. I recently purchased a car there and I don't think I will ever again. 1. I had Toyota care included in my package and I wasn't aware until after everything was signed. I know this is my fault for not completely reviewing the retail contract before I signed, but the salesman should have at least talked to me about it before including it in my contract. 2. While I was getting financed, I kept getting credit alerts. I asked the guy how many inquires he was doing, is this going to affect my credit? He stayed with a smile "oh no just one". I check my credit and I have 4 inquires. This lowered my score 20 points. 3. They gave me only the spare key to a 2014 vehicle. I asked if I can at least get another. They told me it would be $108. It's frustrating having one key and only being able to open the driver door with that key. I just think the service I got could've been better. I'll continue to go when necessary for the Toyota Care package that i am paying for, but to purchase another vehicle is out the question. I really don't feel I can trust them.

I would like to thank Toyota of Muncie and especially Chad Castor and Scott McFeely. I contacted them about a Highlander for my wife. They were excellent to deal with and made the entire purchase very easy. They had their delivery specialist bring the car to us in Kentucky. He did an excellent job explaining all the features of the car to us. Thank you again, you all are GREAT!!!

I'm from out of town and Devin was fantastic to work with. I got a great deal and he had it shipped as well. It was a hard to find Red SE Premium that he had delivered just in time for Christmas. Best guy to work with within 500 Miles of Memphis!

Thank you Muncie Toyota for the new car owner dinner. It was such a wonderful family feeling. It was wonderful to get our service and operation questions answered and to have the gift of touch up paint given (although mine was on back order). The dinner and cookies were an added bonus. I appreciate Mama Toyota and her children being there. I have told so many people about my experience buying a car from there. I will have new information to share with friends after last night.
It was such an easy drive from Noblesville to Muncie in my wonderful Camry. I love it.response / report this review -

This is the best place to buy a car in Muncie period! We have bought 4 vehicles from here and never had a problem. Kim and Jeff on the service department are the best we've ever had. The salesman Devin is absolutely amazing! We have a 4 year old and the place is kid friendly and they treat you like that as well. We won't look anywhere else. Trust I've been there and these certain people are why my family and I keep coming back.
