Courteous employees. Amazing hot tub. Great Daytona beach access, nice breakfast. Everything around like groceries and quick food are close. No traffic. Great weekend vacation place.

Awesome place to stay! perfect ocean and pool view! It's so big you can call it an apartment!! One of my favorite hotels in general. Breakfast was really good too! I hope you pick this hotel because from what I have seen its awesome!

We stayed in room 906. Room was very clean and view was amazing. Housekeeping stuff was super nice. Room has everything you need. Everything looks like on the pictures from internet.
We didn't like few things: Women at front desk was rude and not friendly at all, her name was Stephanie.
Hot tub was dirty, but pool was clean and heated. Anyhow we had fun and I would recommend this hotel.response / report this review -

LOVE almost everything about this place. Very nice room with an excellent view. Nice size kitchen and fridge. Great cable channels. Staff is very friendly and nice. Pool is heated which is a plus too, and right on the ocean. Our only complaint is the breakfast. Just wish they had some hot breakfast, even if it's just some scrambled eggs. Too many bread products- bagels, English muffins, donuts, danishes, etc. would recommend even just a plain oatmeal with a couple toppings. We also really enjoyed the cocktail hour.

Our favorite place to stay when we want to enjoy the beach. They have updated the hotel since our last visit. The views from the rooms are wonderful. Check in person was very business like and not welcoming at all. She served during cocktail hour tonight and suggest if you ask someone to show their room key you should ask everyone. I felt offended. Was not asked the previous 2 nights, other lady was friendlier. It is nice to have a kitchenette in room but very limited accessories, not even a can opener. I recommend staying here, it's clean and smoke free.

Greeted with cookies, water, and lots of smiles! Stephanie was very welcoming. The atmosphere felt like family. Super comfy beds! Down home, beachy, and fun. We'll be back!

Decent hotel. A little dated but not to bad for area. Has direct beach access. Great amenities. Has happy hour free drinks for guess from 530 to 6oo and free breakfast.

Wonderful hotel with great views, friendly staff, and awesome amenities. For my personal experience: my booking company had cancelled my reservation from under me, the hotel's front desk staff and management were extremely kind and helpful with getting the situation taken care of.
The entire hotel is very warm and welcoming, giving great views of Daytona Beach, complementary breakfast, and free cocktails during cocktail hour. It is the hotel I recommend you stay at for your vacation in Daytona, and one I will personally be returning to.response / report this review -

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like home. We love this place. It is clean. The rooms are large. The balcony overlooks the ocean.I can sit an drink coffee. They have free breakfast but also FREE cocktail hour. I love everyone and everything here. Book it!!!You won't regret it. It has become my go to Daytona spot from now on😃

Great for a "girl's getaway". Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and happy hour. Beautiful beach and nice pool area. In the remodeling process on our last visit. We come here for our annual girls get together.

The perfect location! Right on the beach with beautiful views! It's not a national chain hotel so don't expect overly nice staff, but that is easily over looked with large rooms, comfortable beds! Free happy hour with free drinks, free breakfast AND you can bring your food and beverages to the pool, but no glass bottles! Kids welcome and kid friendly! Highly recommend.

Very pleased. Price was good for the week before memorial day. $100 per night. Room was clean, view was good. Staff was very attentive and very pleasant. Hotel is kind of located in the middle of Daytona Beach Shores. The more upscale hotels are further north or south. Compared to the Gulf Coast Daytona has more of its share of tacky and old buildings, but somehow that added to the authentic charm. Only negative we found there was no kitchenette, only a microwave sitting on top of the mini-fridge. We had a side view of the ocean and the tops of other hotels, but the balcony was large and had two chairs.
Caution: all the room views seem to be for the rooms on the ocean facing side. The room we rented had a side view, and no large kitchen as pictured, only the microwave on top of the mini-fridge. Also bathroom smaller. So if you want what is pictured on their web site you must rent the ocean facing room which cost extra. If you just want a place to crash in the evening for a short stay like we did, the non-ocean facing rooms will do the job.
Other than that if you are looking for a budget stay in a nice hotel, go on a non-holiday or some days when there no major events like the races or other big events. You can simply look on groupon and check the prices. Prices go up on holidays and big event days in Daytona.response / report this review -

Breakfast is frozen continental everything. Coffee was the best thing here. Over priced for this time of year. Beautiful view right on the beach. Nice beds. Nice staff. However baths are in need of repair or replacement. Loved the balcony. Refrigerator was rusty around the door.

Most helpful and friendly staff! Wonderful views, free continental breakfast, free happy hour bar from 5:30-6:30 and I can't wait to come back!! Great place!! The picture is from the balcony from our room! The pictures on the beach are from direct access from the Bahama House, which is awesome! Stunning place that made me want to stay forever!!

Randomly wound up in Daytona and decided to stay at the Bahama house overnight. I can't say enough good things about this place! The facility itself is clean and nice, the staff are polite, courteous and helpful, and the view of the ocean is second to none. Every room has a balcony with an ocean view. If that wasn't enough to rate this place 5 stars, there's also a complimentary happy hour from 530-630pm with snacks and a pretty well loaded bar! Complimentary breakfast as well helps add to the value. Dollar for dollar, ya can't beat Bahama House!
