Perfect location. Right at the beach. Clean. Friendly people. Quiet. Fresh coffee all day long. No breakfast but plenty of options to choose from

I've been a guest on and off there for several years and nothing has changed. Night shift employees at front desk has always been rude. The original carpet throughout the whole hotel smells and wore out. Rooms have an order also. Ants and bugs around the jacuzzi and pool. When you talk to management about problems they ignore the situation. Talk to corporate, they don't seem to care. Do not recommend and will not go back. YOU can't fix stupid.

Room was great. Had a view of both the city and the ocean that was just amazing. The air worked great and the room was clean. I'm rating a 4 star because of parking. I have a large van that I use for business that will not fit in the underground parking and the above aground was very full. I would suggest making note of this before booking your room.

Great employees, clean rooms, beautiful view, perfect location for us. No breakfast but our room has a kitchen to save on going out to eat daily. 2 thumbs up!! (kimberly was very helpful)

I want to point out one con. The place has only ONE elevator. If you have a room on the higher floors, you may have to wait. So, be patient. Other than that, the place is great. Rooms are clean and not stinky. It's located right on the beach. Nice size pool and a hot tub. Fantastic. Also, very close to Daytona Airport and speedway. Staff is very friendly. Plenty of fresh coffee in the lobby all the time, but to eat, you either cook in your room (if you get a kitchen) or go out.

This place is great- A must for people to visit. Every chance I get to slip away and come to Florida this is my "go to place." The staff are wonderful, you couldn't ask for better people to make you feel more welcome than Days inn "Tropical seas." The rooms have been clean every time I've been here, no complaints at all. The manager Roger sure knows how to take care of guest and it shows through his staff and how neat and tidy this property is. Thank you all for your kind hospitality and hard work to keep such a nice property in order. It's greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful weekend. The atmosphere was inviting upon arrival. Our room was clean, smelled good, and had a great view. The pool was clean and very nice. The guest services staff was great, and so was cleaning staff. Will definitely return to this hotel, and also recommend.

Love this place for the money really worth it sits right on the beach. When booking try to get sea view that will put you ocean front. Very quiet peaceful place.

Arrived late evening. Well lit parking lot. Friendly check in. Clean room with a view of the beach. Great place for family fun or more intimate encounters.

Hotel staff was wonderful. We had a noisy neighbor and they moved us to a quieter room. Our room was oceanfront with a balcony. We also had the efficiency with a fridge small stove and oven. It was very convenient because we had a small child with us, so we didn't have to go out to eat for every meal. The room was clean. The pillows need updating. The pool area was nice. It was a quick drive to the pier. Overall a great experience. I would go back.

OCEANFRONT RESORT?
NOT FOR ME.
THE BAD: I GOT A ROOM FACING THE STREET.
NO BALCONY. HARDLY AN OCEANFRONT EXPERIENCE FOR ME.
NO FRESH AIR, WINDOWS DON'T OPEN.
A/C GOOD COOLING THOUGH.
TO TOP IT OFF, THE ELEVATOR SHAFT WAS RIGHT NEXT TO MY ROOM AND HEARING IT ALL DAY AND NIGHT! (RM 700).
THE OKAY: IT WAS A CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOM, NEW BED, BEDDING, RENOVATED BATHROOM. THERE WAS THE CONVENIENCE OF A KITCHENETTE WITH A FULL SIZE FRIDGE. FREE WI FI IS GOOD. FREE PARKING.
WHITE SANDY BEACH, POOL ALL RIGHT THERE.
LOCATION IS OKAY, BUT A CAR IS NECESSARY TO BUY GROCERIES OR GO TO RESTAURANTS.
WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN? NO.
THE ROOM WAS NOT A COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE FOR A BEACH RESORT.

You won't find a better hotel for the price. Clean, very comfortable. Private balcony with ocean view rooms come with full kitchens and it over looks the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub areas, which has a gated entrance straight to the beach. This hotel also has a laundry room and a "Family Room" with a wide screen t.v. and computer for the guests to use, which also has a balcony with ocean viewvery nice. This will be our family's 3rd year staying at this hotel for our vacation and we won't ever stay anywhere else. The entire staff is very friendly and very accommodating if you need anything. In our opinion, this is the BEST hotel in Daytona Beach.
