Did not mind the $1 chargewe figured it went toward insurance, even if you come out with nothing. Found our part and he gave us a great deal! I'm not kiddingwe would have paid twice as much in Kenosha. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. For those who complained about them closing early, perhaps you can call them prior to leaving. We have been there several times and will be back.

Called four times and they picked up the phone and instantly hung up. After my 5th call I finally got a hold of someone and he denied anyone hanging up on me. I'd usually cut them a break and assume that they were trying to put me on hold, but this was obviously intentional. I'll never do business with customer service like that

Went to get 2 tires. Read on the desk 15" tires are $15. Go back to pick them and the guy then tells me they are $25 a piece and can't mount or balance them either. No thanks. I'll just buy some brand new cheap tires for less.

Called them to schedule car pickup. It was near closing time im assuming, because they put me on hold after asking the make and model, and then hung up the phone. I called back and was hung up on about 4 times after that, instead of just explaining that it was closing time.

One of my favourites places to go for parts. Yard is clean and you can easily find car you need. (I use import/euro location).
Also pricing is okay, and what's important, you can wash your hands in hot water after you done. Some says that's just detail, but details are important.
