The worse car buying experience ever! Allow me to explain first I look at one and they sold it which is all good that's business, but I get my eye on another and they tell me they let them no and they will pick it up from the other lot when I want to look at it. Ok, cool! When I ask them to look at it they suddenly don't have it even though it's still sitting on the lot Hmmm interesting!! So they instead try to sell me on another vehicle, used by the way that they are charging almost full price on.. Not they also have a Toyota Tundra platinum, used, and asking 44k when you get a new for 47k. I had to drive to TN to find a decent dealer cause Bruce Walters isn't it but I did get a Nee truck with everything in it less than what they are asking for the used ones!! I'll never buy from them!

My husband & I recently took my parents car shopping at Walter's GM Automall. After a car accident that totaled their Kia Sorento, they weren't sure exactly what kind of vehicle they wanted to purchase. Kevin Sturgill introduced himself on the lot that day and was very helpful, patient & knowledgeable. He proceeded to ask my parents numerous questions in order to determine what vehicle would be best suited for them. We looked around for awhile, compared prices and features, and finally my parents decided that they loved a 2016 Chevrolet Trax! Kevin let us test drive the vehicle for as long as we wanted and when we returned to the lot, he helped us through the purchasing process. My parents were very pleased with their vehicle of choice and even more pleased with the reasonable price. We were so glad we went to Walters GM Automall- they really made the whole process simple and stress free! Kevin has also continued to go above and beyond by keeping in touch with us, making sure we received a second set of keys from factory, & double checking to make sure that my parents are satisfied with their Chevrolet Trax! We would definitley recommend this dealership to others & know exactly where we will be going for any future vehicle purchases!!

WONDERFUL Sales team and customer service!
I live in Charlotte, NC, almost 5 hours south of Walters. I gave them a phone call one morning on a truck I was interested in, and was greeted with an extremely friendly and helpful sales team.
In a matter of a couple hours, they had everything for the sale prepared and good to go; but more impressively - they delivered my truck THAT DAY. I was driving my new Chevy the same day I called them on it. The trip was so long that delivery landed around 7:30pm, but they did it anyway, and the driver was kind and courteous.

Great truck, great team, great service.
