A great buying experience. My wife and I took a nice 20 minute test drive. Within 10 minutes after the test ride we agreed to a price with the Salesman - Randy. We received fair value for my trade. Working with the finance manager was great. I will definitely buy my next Buick from Bergey's. Also I would recommend asking for Randy as your Salesman.

Searching for a truck online, I found several to choose from at Bergey's GMC. Spoke to Glenda on the phone. I went to Bergey's met Glenda.
Huge selection of late model trucks to choose from. After driving the truck I sat down with her, she made the process very easy, None of that used car high pressure. Glenda is a true professional, she's knows the product and she is pleasant and easy to work with.
I purchased the truck, primarily because of Glenda.
I will recommend Bergey's and Glenda to anyone who needs a vehicle.

This is the third time I have returned to Bergey's to purchase a vehicle and although each time was good, this time was great! I spotted a used car on their website, picked up the phone and by chance ended up speaking with Glenda. I can only tell you how happy I am that I had the opportunity to work with her. She was kind enough to hold the vehicle for me as it took me over an hour to get there from work. Due to my work schedule, much of my correspondence with Glenda was by email or phone. She was always courteous and especially prompt with providing answers to my questions. I never felt pressured to buy and she made every effort to make me feel comfortable with every aspect of the deal. She was knowledgeable and appreciated that I also knew a fair amount about cars. This is not always the case when a woman goes to purchase a car on her own. I couldn't have been happier that I had the opportunity to work with Glenda! Be sure to ask for her!

I had a great experience at Bergey's. Glenda, my salesperson, was super sweet and she really treated us like family. I knew that she truly cared about our experience. She made it fun and I had complete confidence in her advise. I've already recommended Bergey's to my friends and I will definitely go back the next time I'm shopping for a new vehicle. I can say it was the nicest car buying experience I've ever had.

Came from out of state to purchase a certified pre owned Buick at Bergey's. I first made contact with Jeff Nice, who was super helpful, but ultimately finalized everything with Lyndsay, who was incredible. It was my first time buying a car and she made the process super painless, addressing all my concerns and making sure I could easily reach out to her after my purchase. When something came up nearly a month later, she was right on top of it. Finance guy Jay was great too. Highly recommend Bergey's Buick GMC and their sales team wish they were local to me!

After my car was totaled, I was in a tough situation where I needed to find a safe and reliable car to drive from Pennsylvania to Maine within two days time. Glenda at Bergy's Buick GMC in Harleysville did an amazing helping me find a car that was in my price range. She made this stressful process smooth and enjoyable and truly cared about me and my safety/happiness. I love the GMC Sierra I bought at Burgeys.
Lyndsay was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. She was helpful, knowledgeable and gorgeous. The purchasing process was so easy with her as my guide.
When she called to follow up she lived up to my first impression with answering my questions without delay.

My wife and I were looking at the trucks on Bergey's lot when a very pleasant and very knowledgeable saleswoman came over to greet us. After a test drive we went into the dealership to discuss price. I already had a price in my head that I wanted to pay. She offered more than I expected for my trade in and her bottom line figure was only $300 more than my price. The reception desk was very prompt and courteous. The actual service department was sub par. I had a malfunctioning tire monitoring system and they replaced those but then left my tires with less than 25 psi. I also had a check engine light on and was experiencing odd idles and very poor gas mileage. They cleared the code and that's it. The car still runs like crap and the check engine light came back on hours after I got it back. I called back to schedule another appointment and was disappointed with the lack of concern to my issues.. No questions were asked as far as issues I was experiencing, so I called a different dealership and was instantly relieved as they wanted to know exact details. I will not return to this location.

Brought my suv in for a traction control light problem, they charged me $104 and said it was an electrical issue. Took it somewhere else and they found a sway bar link broken clean in half which had caused enough shaking in the suspension and steering systems that it also needed upper ball joints. I had specifically asked them to look for damage as my car had just been trailered across the country by a carrier and they clearly never bothered.
