My husband and I just purchased a ford explorer from Sauls and our experience was great. We worked with Doug and he went above and beyond to work with us. We almost got into a bad deal with another company for the same car and he gave us a much better deal and understood our situation. Would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

Doug, Kathy & Roger provide some of the best customer service. I feel some of the bad reviews on here are due to "repo anger" for that I say pay your dang bills folks. They offer buy here pay here, A great solution if you're credit re-building or don't wont a credit note to be seen on your score. If you think you're going to buy a 100,000 mile car for 500-1500 down and not have problems you're crazy. They have nice cars & rags, I think this is helpful if you're money conscious. I would say shop here, don't buy a car you can't afford & for the love of god don't buy a premium make hooptie, as premium rag cars tend to become rags after someone has driven the crap out of them due to repo man coming.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I was lied to about my 2005 Ford Mustang. I was told it was a GT me not thinking to look at the back of the car to make sure it really was but it has GT put on the sides of it come to found out the GT was just sticker stuck on. Then I'm daddy got under the hood when the a part stopped working a month later to find it had Lincoln parks go it witch told me why I had I Lincoln key and not a mustang key. Think it can't get know worst well it did they sold my car note with out me knowing in till I got a letter in the mail right then I should have sue for my money back being the car was 9,000 sale price and I put 5,000 down on the car and had made 2 car payment to them. To now find out the company they sold my note to added there own fees witch took the 4000 left to pay to bout 6000 then I call he gave this bullshit line about how it will help me well it helped alright because I paid over 4,000 in car payments and plus the 5,000 down payment for a 9,000 car the ended up cost me 11,000 and it and may I add when I found out by my car insurance that my car has a savages title and had been wrecked and was not supposed to be on the road but since they changer out the Vin number on my car with the same kinda of mustang just a GT I was piss so I said he'll with it and let them come get the car to later find out that they sold my car at a car sale for 500 dollars go damn thing they didn't pay more but everything need to be replaced in to motor but it was broken down so I would tell everyone to stay always before they get you like that got me and be out of 9,000 and not own the car you paid for

Let me tell you about sauls motors, I bought a 2007 white chevy impala (Should seem familiar if you read previous reviews)from them last June. I let them know,on the lot, the service air bag light was on and was told "anything can cause it buy we'll fix it", finalizes the sale, the light was off, drove TO THE STOP SIGN and it shut back off. I've brought it back SEVERAL times and there was to this day always some excuse as to why they couldby get to it. 2 months later, the radiator sprang a leak. They wouldn't tow it to fix it.
When it was repaired by somewhere else, an oil leak was found along with corroded reverse lights. Two more months later the power steering pump starts to go. 2 more months, the thermostat starts to fluctuate, I take it to them and "it's normal for chevys" but doesn't fix it. April: RADIATOR CLOGGED WITH DEXCOOL SLUDGE TO THE POINT WHERE NOWHERE WOULD FLUSH IT EXCEPT SAULS. Power steering pump BUSTS in June, they repair it (still won't repair the airbag light). Along with flushes the radiator. 2 weeks later: (on 4th of July) car overheats and starts smoking.
DONT BUY FROM SAULS. They rig cars and pass cars inspection just to get them off the lot even if they aren't driver safe.

If I could rate Saul's zero stars, I would have done it. This is a terrible, dishonest business. I warn everyone to stay away at all costs. Spend your money anywhere else. You will be better off buying a bicycle from Walmart.
We purchased a BMW that was salvaged. They lied about the damage to the vehicle. It is only worth 1/3 the cost of what we paid for it. Don't do itstay away. You have been warned.

I was jaw-dropped with the outstanding service from the wonderful people at Sauls Motors. Not only was I greeted at the door but I was invited into their offices and treated like a member of the family! I received my vehicle back in a timely manner running better than ever before! I couldn't be happier, I will continue to only take my cars to Sauls for all of my services!
