We are completely satisfied. It was all accomplished in the same day. Amazing!! Our salesman, the manager, the financial person were all superb to work with and my wife and I could not be happier. We are retired and this is our first Cadillac. Hoorah!!

Whenever I visit the Service Team at Vaden Cadillac, I am treated In a very cordial manner, And receive quick and efficient treatment. My vehicle is serviced properly, and I'm out in a timely manner. Great people and great service A hard combination to beat. I recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service. Ashley is one of the best.

I had an exceptional experience buying my 3rd vehicle from Dan Vaden. I had such an amazing car salesman(Kean), not to mention an outstanding finance manger (Carlos). They both knew what I wanted and worked diligently to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality. Before I came to Dan Vaden, I went to another dealership, which was a huge MISTAKE. From the moment I walked in to this said dealership, I felt unappreciated as a customer and the salesman was not listening to my desires for a new vehicle. He put me in a vehicle of HIS choice, not mine! Finally fed up with the treatment I cruised on over to Dan Vaden which is where I should have went from the very beginning. I have purchased my 2 other vehicles here, but this day I wasn't thinking straight and tried a different dealership. Immediately I was greeted by Kean who is one of the most professional salesman Ive met. He listened to my needs and worked with Carlos to put me in the vehicle of MY choice. Im not easy to please, but these gentleman did a fabulous job and I walked away with exactly what I wanted and they made it feel effortless. Carlos worked so hard on getting me the vehicle and the payments I told him I wanted. This man can work some magic. Kean heard my desires and showed me only the vehicles he knew would make me happy. He was so knowledgeable about each and every detail of each vehicle, he even trained me on how to properly release my 3rd row so that I wouldn't hurt my back. This guy cares about his customers ;)
I am so excited to be in my brand new 2018 Traverse and I am thankful to Carlos and Kean for making it happen.

I recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox from Dan Vaden Chevrolet. I love it! They were very professional and got me in a new ride same day. Mr. Daniel is a great salesman. He wasn’t pushy and he was very patient working with my husband and I. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle with them.

Having made two purchases with Dan Vaden Chevrolet, I am satisfied with the outcomes. This last experience on October 7, 2017 was a little harrowing because of the renovation of the dealership. Having to go to different car lots spread across Abercorn was confusing due to not being able to go directly out on the lot outside the office to make comparisons. But, all in all, Keane Williams was a very patient salesman and Levell a very entertaining closer.

Both the purchase and subsequent service appointments for my vehicle have proven to be excellent. Appointments can be made online or over the phone, and the check in process is very easy. For each service visit you are paired with a personal service rep who communicates everything to you.
The dealership offers a shuttle service so that you don't have to wait around in the lounge - although the lounge is beyond adequate for waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. I was shuttled back to work with ease, and my service rep called when everything was done. Overall, I have been beyond satisfied with my experience.response / report this review -

We were on vacation from Louisiana pulling a 5th wheel camper - with family along. We needed the truck repaired quickly. Vaden repaired the truck quickly and properly. Our service consultant (Ashley?? - not sure here) was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. I called on two different occasions with questions and concerns about the repairs being done - to me, the repair did not seem to me to address the problem. Our Service Consultant checked into the matter and quickly called back to explain to me how the proposed repair would indeed address the problem. I called back a second time, left a message and was quickly called back. The truck was ready as promised and we have had no issues since. All in all a totally enjoyable experience. Thank You!!

We were very pleased with the service at Vaden Chevrolet. Kean and Alex did a great job finding the perfect SUV for our family, and showed us that we actually could afford to buy new, a first for our family. Carlos was great, helping to seal the deal with a great service package and Jonathon made the financing portion as smooth as possible. Thanks guys, for a great new car buying experience!

My wife could not stop telling me how pleased she was with her latest experience with the service department at Dan Vaden. She brought our car in for some body work and we also needed a recall repair. The staff coordinated everything and got both things completed with no hassle. Outstanding!

we had previously been car shopping all day long before we stumbled upon your dealership! We were exhausted to say the least. It wasnt long before we met Mr. Bill! He was seriously the best from the moment we started talking. We told him our situation, and what car we were looking for. He didn't hassle us around. He didn't waste any of our time. He is the sweetest man ever. I could honestly go on and on about our wonderfully amazing experience we had at this dealership. We're so very thankful to everyone who helped us get into our new car! And again, the biggest thank you ever to Mr. Bill!
