  my vehicle was still under warranty when I first took it to them with my issue they stated they couldn't find anything wrong this happened several times and then we contacted GM and they suggested that we get a second opinion and we took it to Pioneer Chevy (they were so nice and found the problem immediately) GM advised us to take our car and findings (from another dealer) back to Morgan McClure in Castlewood and have them fix it. They threw a bunch of parts at it until one of them seemed to fix the problem. however not even three months later my car is still sitting and not working with the same issue and if what Pioneer had said to do was done we wouldn't have this problem. and If anyone wants to know why Pioneer didn't fix it because the man said he didn't want to touch it because Morgan McClure Castlewood had already had their fingers in it and he didn't know what they had or hadn't done. Now my warrenty is gone and they wont fix my car

  I have bought four vehicles from here and my wife has bought one. Fair prices, never had a problem. I do feel that the service department is not what it used to be though but that's just my opinion. I would trade here again!
