Purchased my new Prowler P293 fifth wheel RV a few months back. Exceptional people to deal with. Very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that I understood the RV from end to end.
We have had a couple minor issues but Greg in service department has resolved very promptly.
If you are looking for a new RV, give this dealer a chance for your business. I guarantee they will earn it.
It's not only the great sales team but their parts and service are second to none.

I must say that I am really impressed with the job that Southern RV Wholesale on Jordan Lane in Huntsville, AL does in sales and service. We just purchased a travel trailer and the service was wonderful. Staff was very attentative. I took up much of their time for 3 days - and the staff worked as a team. The manager had ideas that we didn't consider. We have been getting our servicing done there on our trade in - which we have not been dissappointed there either.

A terrible experience trying to get service on our Keystone RV. Although they claim to be a certified repair center for Keystone products, they were never able to complete the appropriate warranty information and submit it to the manufacturer. The service representative initially blamed the manufacturer for rejecting the claims, but the truth prevailed and proved otherwise. Then the warranty representative would not approve the wording of the remaining claims for submission to the manufacturer.
This establishment has no respect for the customer and are not honest when they answer questions from the customer. Unfortunately, we had to contact Keystone directly to closeout our work order since the service representative couldn't get it done.
I would not recommend this repair center to anyone who expects honesty, integrity & customer satisfaction.
