Was looking for a used car I seen one and wanted to test drive it. But apparently I could not.. they had to fix the clutch in it when I asked. When I asked, could I at least see the interior? I was told that the key was not available because the mechanic was not there & that the key locked in his toolbox. There wasn't even a price on it! I was also told that the car had been sitting there for quite some time. That just tells me they're lazy!!! I had previously been there with a friend who was getting their Kia washed & a oil change. I looked out the window and seen her car getting pulled around to get washed after the oil change. The car pulled up to the other side of the building wet still dirty within the minute I seen it go around the other side to get washed. It was basically sprayed with water then presented to my friend. That was a few months back and that's how I seen the car that I wanted to test drive at this recent visit. That should have been a red flag! It was still sitting there and still no price on it. At least the salesman tried his best and was very helpful and was very respectful. I give him five stars but the business only gets one. I would give zero if I could. But then I wouldn't be able to give all you potential interested customers my review.

It has been a very long time since I have bought a car from a dealer. Typically, I shy away from them, just because it takes so long, and is so hard to negotiate a deal, but Team Gunther was refreshingly different. From the moment I walked into their shiny new dealership until the time I drove away in my Cadenza has been nothing but a great experience. Ashley, Tommy, (sorry I can't remember the finance guys name) all pros. I've been back for service once and one factory bulletin, and the service department was as efficient and nice as the sales department. I highly recommend these guys, they are awesome!

Get a lawyer in advance if you want to work with Gunther. They are a family of con-artists that welcome staff that are like-minded.

FYI: You can legally record your interactions with them without their knowledge. If you choose to work with them (which you shouldn't) record everything without telling them. If you have any issues later this will be your most valuable ammunition because they have lying down to a science. Con-artist salesmen BRUCE MOORE used religion and cancer which is a new low in my experience. They will say whatever they need to.

You will have to go the legal route with them as I am doing. Nothing is more important than a dollar to them. They will lie, cheat, scheme, and plot to get yours.

A true test of a good company is how they handle things that go wrong. Unfortunately, most people that they deal with don't even know when they've been taken advantage of.

Luckily, I've already turned away dozens of people from doing any business with them and will continue to do so.

Overall great job. Bought my second car from Team Gunther and was extremely impressed again. Bryan Bastow was the most car savvy salesman i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he truly knew the cars he had inside and out. The buying experience was similarly as rewarding, besides getting me a lower APR rate for the loan they also got me 90 days no payments! I highly suggest making the people at Gunther your first stop when looking for any type of car, and you can't find a better guy to deal with than Bryan Bastow.

This dealership is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with! They are crooks! They took advantage of my grandmother. They do not care about anything other than making money. Once the deal is sealed they have no other use for you. They are pushy and prey on the elder and the misinformed. You better know your numbers before you step in here. They will take advantage of you to the fullest.
