My name is Marie Kutz. I am writing about Armando Garcia of Auto Lenders , Winslow, NJ. I have a learning disability. Each time I have service done to my car he explains everything so i understand due to
my disability.He is so honest that when something is expensive. He will tell me whether I should wait or if it is necessary to have it done now. He is kind, always smiling , informative & much more. I have seen him be the samewith all customers. There isn't enough time to write about Armando Garcia & auto lenders. i would recommend auto lenders to all my friends. I never have to bring my car back for the problem i had in the first place.

I bought a new vehicle from Auto Lenders. I wasn't crazy about the condition of the body of the car. My sales person, Anthony, promised me that it would be corrected 100%. I brought my new truck to Armondo Garcia - who went above & beyond to accomplish what Anthony had promised! His attention to detail falls nothing short of a perfectionist! I feel like I was "given" a brand new car! Between Anthony & Armondo, I can't say enough wonderful things about Auto Lenders! They should both be commended for such incredible customer service! They made me feel like family! Thank you to ALL involved in making my dream come true!

An hour and a half for an oils change is crazy It wouldn't be so bad if the chairs weren't so uncomfortable! I had an appointment last Friday and not only do can you not drive up to the door as it says and the door automatically opens, they park a car permanently in front of the door. I couldn't even find a parking space there. I called from my car and was told that two people had called out; so I rescheduled, but not on a Friday. The big sign before you get here says oil change $19.95. Not true $39.95.
