This was my first purchase of a travel trailer; After searching many dealerships in the tri-state area, I decided to purchase from Crossroads. I met sales rep Mike DiFiore at a NJ RV show, and reached out to him via email when I was ready to buy. Not only was Mike friendly, courteous, and professional, I felt he was informative, patient, and honest. His pricing was extremely competitive, and he knew his product better than any other dealer I spoke with.
On our day of pickup, we were given a thorough instructional walk-through and inspection by Tony, who was extremely patient, and willing to spend as much time as necessary for us to be comfortable with the operation and care of our new trailer. He was a wealth of knowledge.
Final sale paperwork was made completely painless by Kelly, who even solved a minor bank issue without any inconvenience to us.
When a discrepancy was found between the website ad and the unit on the lot, Crossroads was very considerate, and even went the extra mile to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase experience.
We are very pleased with our entire experience at Crossroads, and we love our new trailer! If we ever need any work done, or decide to trade up, we will look forward to coming back to this dealership! Thank you Crossroads!response / report this review -

Be advised: CHECK everything before you pay. I made the mistake of trusting their word that everything was fixed. They only fixed half of what I was charged for. I got my camper worked on before going cross country in early October before the weather changed. After first catching them fixing the wrong part in our bathroom I should have gone elsewhere but I was in a bind because everywhere was booked with people needing campers winterized. Now I'm across the country with no hot water & my camper was never dewinterized. Both things that I paid them to do.

We have had a couple of issues with our new trailer, minor and major. Every time we call for service, Barbara (service writer) has made us feel at ease. The service department has taken care of our trailer within a day each time and I feel confident in their work. Glad we bought from Crossroads.

Just bought a new Hemisphere Travel Trailer from Crossroads and could not be happier. Our salesman Mike was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right trailer. When we picked up the trailer a tech from service did our walk thru on the trailer he showed us how everything worked and how to use the brake controller and hitch up. Never having a trailer before that was important to us. Great experience!!

Bought our 5th wheel last year and overall happy with it. However this year with the service department it's a whole different story. In March I needed to get a replacement glass for a cabinet door. After calling 4x I finally got someone who could order the piece. This took over a month to do. Then in mid-May I called again to get a price to have a second air conditioner installed. AGAIN I had to call over 4x but this time no luck. I even contacted the manufacturer, Forest River, and informed them. It is now July 1st and still waiting to hear from manufacturer and/or CrossRoads. I guess our money/business isn't worth it.

I am so excited!! Just purchased our 1st travel trailer. We're from Florida and the cost is considerably less at Crossroads. Everyone there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When we were shown all the features and how to use them, we had a very practicable explaination. Barbara was the best with her hints for traveling and who to contact if problems arise once we're home. I won't hesitate to call with any questions. I'm terrible with names, but all the women in the office are very efficient.and friendly. The guy who delivered our trailer was also great. Our salesman, Mike, was very patient while we made our decision. We brought the whole family, six more were crawling all over and asking questions!

Fantastic place to deal with! From the minute I met my salesman Mike Difiore at the RV expo and bought my new camper I knew I picked the right place. Wasn't just trying to push a sale like so many other salesman I'd talked to, he wanted to make sure I was getting not only what I needed but what I wanted with absolutely ZERO pressure to buy.
The Service department is top notch and took care of a manufacturer warranty problem in the time frame promised and even washed it before I picked it up! Can't say enough good things about everyone there and the dealership as a whole.
They even went out of their way to try and help my brother with a warranty issue on his camper that he purchased elsewhere because of the terrible experience he had with his dealer already.

I store my camper over an hour away at my inlaws house. We were all packed up and ready to hit the road when I realized that I forgot my prodigy p3 trailer brake controller at home over an hour away, which was stupid on my part. Safety first, so I had to buy a new one rather than lose 2.5hrs roundtrip going back home and getting the controller. I went in to Crossroads to get a new controller and they charged me $217 for the same model I had at home, which I bought on amazon for about $130. I understand they're a dealer but that price is outrageous, I had no choice but to fork over the cash. I deff do not recommend them at all. I should have just taken the time to go home and get mine instead.

We recently purchased a used camper trailer from Crossroads Trailers (2011 Shadow Crusier 17FBS). We are very happy with our choice in camper trailers, however, the pick up of our new trailer was less than desirable. The problem was not with the staff who helped us with the ins and outs of our camper trailer and the use of our hitch, they were great. The problem was the fact that our trailer's black water tank was 3/4 full and the camper was not cleaned. While I realize that we purchased a used camper trailer we were under the impression that the camper was going to be cleaned and checked prior to taking it off the lot. In fact, when we came to pick it up at our scheduled time it wasn't even plugged in.
As mentioned previously we are happy with the camper, but will not be recommending Crossroads Trailers anytime soon.response / report this review -

Just picked up a 2017 nexhaul enclosed trailer today.I got to say everyone was very friendly and was a pleasurable experience very quick and easy processing and out the door and one my way.I'm very happy I purchased from here I highly recommend
