I bought a truck here a week and a half ago. My sales manager Lou was absolutely awsome and the rest of the staff was awsome as well. No pressure sale and work with my budget.
How ever the truck has a few issues. I work out of town and can't take to them to make it right, I will be taking it to a dealer ship near me on Monday and let them know exactly what the issue is and the cost.
I am looking forward to coming back and giving them a 10 star review!!
Nice people and the salesman was very helpful. You can tell they really want your sale however. One second we were talking about the car then we are signing paper work
Very positive experience working with Lou to purchase my Chrysler 200. Both he and the general manager were very helpful in the purchase and worked with me to get financing and a fair price.- Original review
Edit: 6/9/2017- I will NEVER buy another car from this place. As soon as the ink was dry on my contract, both Lou and his boss have been uncooperative and unhelpful. They refused to honor the We Owe for a detail since it wasn't detailed when I picked it up. Instead they send me a check, that doesn't even cover the cost of a detail anywhere else.
The real kicker though is that after only 6 weeks the transmission in my car completely froze up and made the car unusable. I had to take it to Chrysler since Lou refused to help me and they have had it for the past 2 weeks. Luckily it is still under warranty from Chrysler but not for much longer. If you are considering buying a car from here, I would reconsider and go to Autolenders instead.
Traded in my 2005 Rumble Bee for a 2007 Ram 2500 HD. Man, am I going to miss that Rumbler! So sorry to let her go, but we needed a truck with better towing capacity. Neal Johnson, Joe & Val were great guys to deal with. We of course had to do our little "Dicker Down Dance" but that is to be expected. We both got a fair deal and I was promised the issues that my mechanic found on inspection would be fully repaired to my satisfaction. Looking forward a long relationship with both my new truck and with the Outlet. Highly recommended.
I am presently rating a 2 so far as customer service is very important. I purchased my vehicle exactly 2 weeks ago from the Blackwood location. Well this morning on my way to work the thermostat started to move toward over heating and i smelled antifreeze, so I immediately got off highway which was maybe 5 mins from wholesale outlet. I waited in their parking lot for them to open. Well the sales person Bob was very non caring and asked what did I want him to do. " Did you check the antifreeze" ?? I told him no, I was on the highway and I'm a woman. I asked him to check he stated " I don't know about cars" ( go figure) he was rude and non caring. The manager Fabio pulled up, he was very caring and called the waterford office to have the vehicle serviced. I'm really frustrated because they stated they could not give me a loaner vehicle , so, I had to get a ride to and from work today and not sure if it will be fixed today. I may have to rent a vehicle tomorrow! How fair is that. The sales people are wonderful when you purchase a car. God forbid there's a problem , they want to run and become rude. As a lesson please be cognizant of how you treat people because the almighty God will judge you accordingly the way you treat people. I will update my rating once the outcome is favorable and fair. I have a 60 warranty and an additional 3 year 36 month warranty . I should not be inconvenienced this soon after a purchase.

Something must be done. I can no longer sit and tolerate this horrid business pull in this kind of money by selling products in horrible condition. My partner and I recently bought a new car from these crooks only a month ago. Within weeks of purchasing a 20 thousand dollar car inspection came around. The car failed inspection!! That's right. A new car promised to be in pristine condition failed inspection. The tires were actually dry rotted. We were promised tires were in great condition. The manager told us this was 100 percent our fault. In my opinion a new tires or 2 for a 200 dollars or so would have been a necessity to any manager to ensure their business maintains a good name. Since we have driven the car home we were told it took regular gas. This is a vet big important detail to us. We are first time new parents. We purchased a home to raise our child. Good purchases and financial responsibility must be top priority. NEVER, I repeat NEVER would we fathom buying a car that in reality took the most amount of money to keep gassed.
Had a excellent experience buying a car here! When you go there ask for Lou,got me in the car i wanted and was very fast doing it!! He doesn't hound you at all!! We all know how that can be
