I had higher expectations from this place. The pillows were horrible, the beds were uncomfortable, and the noise from all the other rooms was easily heard. The staff was very nice and courteous but I seriously did not get any rest from my stay here and I was extremely exhausted the very next day.

Very not bad. The bed we're pretty cocomfortable, the service was friendly, the Starbucks was good, but the reason for only 4 starsno got tub. This place has an excellent vibe to chill and be comfortable, a hot tub is all that's missing.

Hotel was fine. Clean and comfortable. Extremely strange layout for a Courtyard though made it inconvenient to get around. Obviously it was converted from another hotel.

Location is good. Rooms are clean. Placement of TV and bed are not ideal, makes for an awkward watching experience.

Was there on business trip, they were great with a very late check-in. Nice set up for their cafe. Room was nicely laid out. Bed was a wonderfully soft but still proved lots of support.

Hotel was ok but in need of updating, especially the carpet and bathrooms. Great location and friendly staff. Pool area was indoor/ outdoor which I liked. Used the gym several times, which was small but adequate. I would stay again.

Nice place to stay, the stuffs are friendly, the service is really awesome. They are just there for you. The hotel is also nicely decorated and also not that distant from airport also.

I have stayed here often over the years and enjoy this property because it's proximity to my clients and the really great staff. This place also has the Starbucks restaurant concept with great food and drinks. Free parking and easy access to the freeway is also a bonus.

Courtyard by Marriott Dallas is just sufficient for a short stay. Nothing quite stands out with decent rooms, an ordinary small gymnasium, a small pool and such. The restaurant at Courtyard is good for a quick breakfast and helping yourself for the morning coffee. The staff was helpful and quite courteous. The rooms can do with a makeover (the TV in my room is on the wall to the right of where my bed is facing). Tha bathrooms were disappointing and reeked of old construction it must have been. Overall, a very average stay.
