This is one of the gems of Columbus. We've had a family membership for several years and get our money's worth. It's a good place to take out of town guests. They keep the exhibits fresh and interesting. The staff there is terrific. It's a pleasure to go there and the park/grounds it's on makes for a really nice walk. in season, the butterfly house is amazing

We have been members here for several years because there are always wonderful things to see at any season. The holiday displays change each year and are always beautiful. The annual orchids display is a great tropical escape during the winter. We also enjoy the butterflies in their season and many other programs throughout the year. Can't wait to see the completed children's garden!

A not-so-hidden gem of the community. The Conservatory is a fascinating place to walk around, with a large variety of plants from every corner of the globe. I went during the "Gardens Aglow" event, which is when they have their holiday lighting.

Each area brought something different, with each plant displayed proudly in a habitat created fire them. Each area is climate controlled depending on the plant type.

The main areas include large restrooms, a gift shop, a cafe, and plenty of seating.

The grounds and building are wheelchair and stroller friendly (although I do wish they would add electric door openers to other doors besides the main entrance). There are some parts that are not wheelchair/stroller friendly, but those are rare and are the random lookout point or small balcony.

Overall, this place is huge and amazing. Ticket pricing is fair, and membership is cheap.

Tons of variety on plants. There was a tropical area, a desert area, and a huge bansai area. We went during the butterfly event. The wife loved all the butterflies. They have a little cafe with vegan and normal food
Normally I'm a carnivore but I tried the vegan or vegetarian wrap (I don't know the difference anymore). It had a ton of things I normally hate like beets and kale but it was so well made I ate it all. A little pricey. Think it was $15 a person or something. There was construction so finding the actual driveway was confusing. The grounds looked nice. Lots of areas to walk. They also had a farmers market in the parking area.

The Conservatory offers lots explore for our young family. The exhibits change often. Our kids love seeing the train, playing in the kids area and doing the art activities. It's a great place for them to be able to explore and burn off energy. I highly recommend the family membership.

A very relaxing place to either just walk around or take the family for a fun, educational experience. I go here about twice a month just to break away from the hustle and bustle. Great spaces to just take a leisurely stroll or find a bench and just relax.

This is an absolutely beautiful place that is home to many local events in Ohio, my absolute favorite being The Asian Festival. This is also a fantastic place for weddings, walking, jogging and bike riding. There is even an indoor greenhouse.

Always an enjoyable experience whether you have a solo trip or want a place to take visiting family or friends. Price is a little high for the size in comparison to other similar places in other cities but the rest of the park is free to roam and plenty of parking. Great place for photos and people watching.

Franklin park is a gem! Lots of beautiful corners to explore. Spread a blanket under a tree and day dream, ride your bike around, do a little yoga, watch the ducks and geese lovely all year long, every season has its charm here. Also check out info for the conservatory. Love this place!

Always loved going to see the butterflies. They have great temporary and year-round exhibits, and also host really interesting classes and the like. The park itself is beautiful to walk around in even if you aren't going to the actual conservatory.

Really amazing place. The butterfly area has 2,000 butterflies and thousands of flowers to feed all the butterflies. They even release new butterflies daily at 1pm and 3pm. I also love the Bonsai area next to the butterflies. Overall a great spot for young children and adults alike.

We were married at The Veridian here in May and it was just the perfect venue for us.
The conservatory had the butterfly exhibit which was open to our guests, the grounds are beautiful with many variables of plants and sculptures.
The staff is beyond friend and we enjoyed working with them for month in planning this wedding.
Try their cafe or catering, as the food is fresh and delicious!

The indoor conservatory is amazing. It's great to walk around in the winter and see lush greenery. They have different attractions all year long like butterflies and orchids. They don't have birds like some other conservatories though. The outside is beautifully landscaped and they actually allow dogs which I love.

Very special place for my wife and I. We would go on romantic walks on the trails and inside the conservatory. I proposed on one knee by the strawberries and we had our wedding there. We love the Franklin Park Conservatory. Just a beautiful romantic place to take that special person in your life. They also have nice events throughout the year that are great for the family.
