Good place for a less expensive stay. Didn’t find any problems with the room. The lady was rude while talking. They don’t support if their wifi is having problems. Couldn’t connect to wifi for whole time stay and lady was like ‘your device might not support’. Now if iphone 7 plus and samsung note 7 doesn’t support with the wifi(according to what she told me-which doesn’t make any sense) the what to expect!

Stayed for two nights with my wife. Was supposed to be a 1 yr. Anniversary/vacation for us and had a horrible time. Construction going on as well as people in and out all night. The rooms were dirty and falling apart. I would not suggest this place unless u really need a place to sleep.
Other than that, Niagara is a wonderful place to visit as well as celebrate an anniversary. We will be back, but NOT to this motelresponse / report this review -

If you need a room for the night or even just the weekend this is the place to go! They have a friendly staff willing to help you with directions and places to go while you visit the falls. If you need anything they have 24-hour service. The location is what I really liked best because it was in perfect distance from Niagara Falls and the outlet mall and restaurants. They serve a free breakfast with waffles (you have to pay most places). My family enjoyed the pool and the great outdoor space for a family picnic dinner. I would definitely recommend America’s Best Value Inn to any one looking for an affordable and nice and clean place to stay.

Negative 10 Cant with out a star.This is Honest Review. First Off the Pictures on the Internet are Photo Shopped and misrepresented. Outside is old and needs updating and not just a Fresh coat of paint. There was a bad oder in the Hall. The lady there couldn't find our RSVPs. As walking down the hall the smell was getting worst (like Bleach). We walked up the stairs and there was gum on the stairs that had been there for years, not just 1 or 5 pieces. Door ways were too small. The room was so out Dated- tube TV, Old phones, and 2 outlets. The sliding glass door was dirty and moldy, chairs for the patio were old, dirty and plastic. The pool was green. The walls were falling apart, and paint pealing off . The bed sheets were tore and yellow- orange.(old like from the 80`s) It completely smelled of mold. The bathroom was old-sinks had no drain and toilets were low and old. Picture being elementary school as a adult. The Shower had holes in the tile and no Drain. My Party and I felt like were not going to last the night, Scared for our safety. We left with our stuff and told them we need to go, Its horrible and we have allergy to mold. The Lady that I told that to, She didn't seam surprised at all. We left will never Return! Condemn The place!!

This was the worst Hotel we've ever stayed in. If we could rate it a -5 we would do so. Besides the rooms being dirty and smelly we had a mouse in our room. We would never recommend this hotel to anybody ever. Don't waste your time and definitely don't waste your money. When we told them about the mouse they actually told us we can find another hotel if we didn't feel safe. Needless to say we checked out right away.

Can I give ZERO stars? I would love that. This place is a dump. Disgusting. Cigarette butts all over - inside and out. Cereal ground into the carpet. Broken and stained everything. We lasted 15 minutes and asked for a refund. Save yourself, your dignity, and your sense of smell.

Pros : Excellent value for money place to stay. Nice pool. Comfortable beds , Cons : Customer service needs improvement, Empty food Vending machine, Breakfast needs to be better organized and should have a bigger hall or something so that everyone can sit and eat
Overall, It is a good place to stay for a night or two at an excellent cost .. I would recommend it !response / report this review -

Dirty room and it says there's free continental breakfast but the door is locked I asked about it and they said rates are so cheap they don't open it yet they advertise it counter person nice but room service aren't seems like there's mold on bathroom

The hotel is very old, outdated, and dirty. The balcony door didn't lock, the comforter on the bed was dirty, the shower drain was stopped up, the extra lock on the main door was missing, the TV was outdated, the breakfast wasn't good. The only thing good about it was the price we payed so if you're on a budget then it's doable.

You get what you pay for! The lady at the front counter was nice an helpful. But the facilities were not well kept. You barely have enough blankets and pillows to sleep. For the blanket, it was thin, it's like you cover yourself with the bed sheet! And the hallway smelled like weed as the smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms are just next to each other!
Breakfast: there are only coffee, waffle, cereal, muffins, juice, hot water, bread
Make sure you sleep with the gun!

To be honest, I did not enjoy my stay there. I still decided to see for myself after reading the bad reviews. The hotel in general was filthy. It was sad how I was forced to spend my birthday under those conditions. The filthy ice machine did not work and the carpet leading to the room and inside the room was very dirty! My husband got sick after staying there for a night. The bathroom was filthy also. I came across hair everywhere! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The receptionist was very nice, however . She was more than happy to cancel my reservation free of charges for the second night.

My experience was a very pleasant one. I enjoyed the quietness and the environment. It is located rather close to wherever you wish to go. Beds were high and comfotrable, which provided me a restful sleep. Price: fantastic! No complaints. I honestly feel I got more value than what I paid for.
