Location is wonderful, just ten minutes drive to falls.Also the bus stop for free bus service to falls is right in front of the hotel.Target, Wendy's, Pizza hut are all nearby.Hotel provides free parking as well.
Room was very nice and spacious with alarm clock, mounted TV,mirror and iron stand..we had a good night's sleep on the very comfortable bed..I loved the decor.However ,there was dust on coffee maker. They can consider changing shower curtain now.Bathroom needs more amenities.
We loved the breakfast, waffles were out of the world! Indian restaurant is just next doorOverall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all who are going on a Budget trip.

This property is located such a way it's easy to access all tourist places n restaurants. Rooms are decent enough n value for money, cleanliness is something that can be better. Management respects your requests n responds as soon as possible.

For a 2 star hotel, it does a good job. The room was clean (though had some minor cosmetic damage) and everything worked. Breakfast was quite respectable. The outdoor pool was heated but not particularly warm (the kids thought it was fine). Parking was free. The staff was pleasant to interact with. I wish the towels were a little nicer but if that's my biggest complaint then I guess it's not bad!

The hotel was lovely, nice beds, nice bathrooms, cute furniture. The housekeepers were beyond nice. Front desk was awesome. Breakfast on the other hand, wasn't so good. I didn't like that we had to make our own breakfast and wait in line for others to finish using the waffle maker. Hotel could've done better than that, and have more options for breakfast.

We were very happy with our stay at Super 8 Niagara Falls this past weekend. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds & pillows. The FREE breakfast was good, coffee was a little weak for my taste but drinkable.
The employees were all very courteous.
The hotel was getting all NEW carpets throughout all the rooms & hallways.
Convenient & Close to everything!
We will be returning!!

The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was clean. The walls were thin so if you have a neighbor who likes a loud tv late into the night like I had, it will sound like they're in the same room. The shower water got warm and stayed warm and was properly stocked with towels, soaps, etc. The room heater worked wonderfully as well. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and check in/out was a breeze. For what I paid I got back more than I expected in quality. The building is conveniently placed in an area with plenty of stores and restaraunts, also very near to the falls.

The rooms are exceptional and have very nice furniture and decorations. The breakfast is also great. This is a wonderful place to stay after visiting Niagara Falls.

It's a nice hotel for the most part. There's a basic breakfast buffet. The room is clean but did have a strange odour. I'd suggest the top floor unless you prefer hearing a heard of Buffalo, no pun intended, scurrying across the floor at 2am! Sound travels in this hotel! The walls seem to paper thin and I could hear voices from afar!

Given the cost, my expectations were realistic. But the continental breakfast options tasted like they hadn't been rotated in while. Coffee was brutal too. HOWEVER: the woman working front desk on the evening of December 22, 2016 through to the morning of the 23rd provided exceptional customer service and was very helpful!
