Great friendly and helpful staff. Especially Kylah. Place needs some work in the hallways but rooms are nicely appointed and very clean.

Stayed during Halloween week while visiting family. Good value for the money. Desk staff helpful and courteous. Close to shopping, airport, dining and interstate. Fixtures showed age in wear and tear but cleanliness and good housekeeping helped make our stay comfortable. Would return.

Great staff here. Every one is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast leaves some room to be desired as they don't have fresh cut fruit and all the foods are the same every day. Would definitely stay here again as you can't really be picky about a free breakfast. Location is just a few miles from CLE Airport and they even have a free shuttle.

It wasn't clean and the place was wore out. The windows had trouble closing all the way and a bed had wood under its matress to compensate for its poor condition. I did mention this to management but they refused to discuss this with me.

It's good. A little confusing on the entrance, love the suites but I don't like that food delivery can't come to the rooms. Can hotel rooms start putting night lights in their rooms? I always have to leave the bathroom light on!

TERRIBLE. Just a terrible Marriott. I stay in Marriotts typically 100+ nights per year based on my job. I travel all over the country, and always book with Marriott. This is a horrific Marriott that I will never stay in again. There is A REASON it is priced so much cheaper than the others in the area. Here are my reasons:

    1. Bad smell in the hallways. Smells like a kitchen in a run down Chinese restaurant in a bad part of town.
    2. My fridge was unplugged when I got to my room. Took a couple of hours to cool.
    3. TWO very long woman hairs in my facial towel that I noticed when I went to clean my face before bed. YUCK.
    4. Gym. Where do I begin? The speed does not display on the treadmill. You have no idea how fast you are going. NO cups next to the water dispenser. Garbage can was overflowing full (at 8:30 am!). No wipes to wipe down equipment.

This is a run-down Marriott. Do NOT stay here unless none of the above bother you.

I thought this hotel was going to be a perfect fit for my boyfriend's 30th birthday celebration. The hotel room was fine, and the staff was too. I had hoped for more of an interactive staff. We checked in and was told to go to the second floor for our room, that was the only time staff interacted with us. we walked around the hotel finding the bar and dining area by ourselves. Although I have no direct complaints, I enjoy going to hotels where the staff is happy to make sure you have the full experience.

Rooms were not kept clean. The same piece of popcorn (not ours) remained on the floor for 2 days. Don't bring your petwe paid $100 just to have our little dog in the room. Rooms need updated. I wish we had booked elsewhere. Definitely not up to Marriott's standards.

Clean, well appointed rooms. Nothing broken or missing. Kitchen area was sizeable, though we didn't use it. Bed was comfortable and warm. Bathroom was well sized with good counter space and room to move around. Water pressure and temperature were good, though faucet control was backward. Breakfast was in a separate building, with selections and seating area very small - but food and coffee were good.

Location of the hotel was very convenient for us, as it was very close to I-80, since we needed to get off and on very quickly. There were quite a few fast food places nearby.
The room was adequate and clean. Our room had a queen size bed which was small for us because my husband is quite tall and our 2 year old was sleeping with us too. But thankfully the couch in the room was a convertible one so we used that as a second bed. Not a big problem because we stayed there for only one night.
