Way overpriced for the quality and portions. We were loyal customers for years. This past year we have seen the cost rise steadily as the quality, quanity, and customer service decreased. The open a restaurant in Denver and my theory is they over extended themselves and are trying to recoup costs with increasingly high prices. Go to Buddha Thai ~ it's delicious and $4-6 per plate.

Hard to get to and free parking is tight in the little set of shopes but the food is great. There are a good number of tables but we always get take out for lunch so I don't know about the service. Their coconut soup is fantastic. In think it's called Thom Kup?

Amazing food, service and ambiance. It's absolutely delicious and they are super accommodating for allergies and special requests. Best Thai food I've had stateside. Truly a wonderful experience!! Great date night choice as well as take out.

Okay, first off this in by far the best Thai food in Boulder. Everything is very fresh, clearly made from scratch, flavors are amazing, portions are good, and the price is where it should be the reason I am writing this review was actually a mistake THEY made and how they responded.
I picked up several entrees to-go, got home and we were shorted and charged for an appetizer that wasn't in the bag. I nicely called and explained the situation and the manager offered to take it off my card. I was bummed because I did want the appetizerthen she offered to bring it to my house! Great follow up on a small mistake, solid hospitality when we go in and even when we dont. Always going back!

Don't even try to eat here if your out of state and have a vertical ID. Bad policy = bad restaurant, did some snooping and found out what they are doing is actually illegal accord the tobacco and liquor department in Colorado. So, if you ask me they are asking to get a slap by the department. Fine with me, just thought anyone from out of state should know. I also had been to two bars before hand and had no problem, so obviously legality is not on the managers mind just convenience and laziness to actually understand tourism. Smelled good though.

I really support local businesses, but I have to give this restaurant a one star rating. Please note** if you’re hungry DO NOT go here! The wait time from sitting down to actually getting your food is incredible long. I decided to leave because the wait was too long. As soon as I left this place, a few seconds later, this CRAZY LADY comes chasing us down in the parking lot to tell us NEVER TO COME BACK!! I was shocked! What business owner actually allows their employees to chase down customers to harass them? She’s right about one thing I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Beautiful decor. A bit pricey. Food did not seem very authentic. They do not ask you how spicy you want your meal, and even a dish that was marked spicy seemed mild. The cashew chicken is more Chinese style.

My husband and I went to Aloy because I love their Curry Puffs and hubby likes the Roasted Chicken Curry. We had about 40 minutes for dinner. When we walked in there were 4 tables bring served and employees standing around.

We asked for a window table and she seated us. the table was sticky so she said she would wipe it off.we never saw her again.

About 10 minutes later we were given our water. 5 more minutes went by before our waiter came for our drink order. We ordered an Iced Thai Coffee and said we wanted to order since we were ready and had been waiting.

Another 15 minutes with no-one coming byI got my Curry Puff but no iced coffee or the rest of our dinner. We had to leave, so we called the waiter over asking for our dinner to go since we didn't have time for dinner anymore. 10 minutes later our food and bill are finally brought to us.

Our 40 minute dinner ended with no iced coffee even though we got charged for it and no dinner eaten. If you go there. ..busy or not plan on an hour to order and eat.while the staff stands around and chats.

My wife and I went here and the food was okay, but the prices were high considering the quality and quantity of food. $5 for a small cup of orange juice for my 5 year old son is way overpriced. Service was about average. If you want really good Thai food there are better places with better prices particularly outside of Boulder.

9.00 kids meals, and automatic 20% gratuity for parties of *4* we're immediately off-putting. The food was top notch and the gratuity wasn't added to the bill. All in all a great experience and I will be back.

Food was ok, but DO NOT order delivery. Unprofessional behavior, being put on hold MULTIPLE times after realizing order was missing items and then realizing order wasn't missing items, they simply forgot to add them to original order in the first place. Massive delivery fee and mistaken orders ended with me paying $21 for a small box of chicken fried rice with no utensils or drink as requested.

Pictured is fried rice with "improvised" chopsticks from coffee mixers.

My husband and I went here for a late lunch on Saturday. We had been when it was Chey Thuy years ago and hadn't been back so decided to try it. Wait staff was friendly and topped off water frequently (something that is becoming increasingly rare). We got spring rolls, drunken noodles and pad Thai extra spicy. Spring rolls were fresh with crunchy Bean sprouts and peanut sauce was super yummy. Noodles came out piping hot and delicious. Very quick service but there were only 4 other people there at the time. I'm picky about pad Thai and this was one of the best. Also haven't found a good drunken noodles since the old place and the chef knows how to do it right. Great balance of flavors and extra spicy like we asked. Overall really great fresh food, no wait, and we'll definitely be back.

My wife ordered takeout, and as usual I picked it up. I told the cashier that I was there to pick up the order for "Flory". Well, I got home (25 minute drive), and lo and behold, it was Maggie's order. So, the lovely people on the other end of my irate wife's call back to Aloy first said, oh yeah, you got the wrong one, come get your food! After she explained she wasn't willing to wait another hour to receive cold food, they offered to refund her the difference between Maggie's and her order, and put a note on her account that the next time dinner is on them. So we ate something we didn't want, and paid for it. Will we claim that offered free meal? No. The correct response would have been to simply refund the entire amount paid, no questions asked, no complications. They could also have apologized on behalf of the hapless cashier for handing over the completely wrong order. I wonder how Maggie fared on this flubbup.
