My stay at The Hyatt Place Las Vegas was great from start to finish. Friendly staff and my room was always perfect when I returned from a long day. Complimentary drinks and wifi are a bonus as well. They have a very delicious breakfast every morning that was key in getting my day started and was so nice not to have to worry about breakfast. I will stay here again for my next work visit .

Billy at the front desk when we checked in was phenomenal! He wished my wife a happy birthday and even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate. He also recommended a burger place - Dog Haus that was amazing! I would stay there again in a second! Billy is a great, professional, and funny employee that is a true asset to Hyatt!

Nice middle class hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good! We were there for an event that was across the street so we came back for lunch. It was very friendly and it was quite convenient to have lunch delivered to the dining area since the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Also a comfortable area to hang out later after the event to decompress and chat

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room felt like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Very comfy beds and they even provide ear buds(walls are somewhat thin). The couch there is nice as well as a functional desk with outlets. Closet was not wide enough that the hangars didn't event hang straight.

Nice place location is great, just off the strip. FREE parking NO RESORT FEE! Saved me over $60 per day😀Free breakfast too. I spent 7 days here for work and play. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful at every turn. A lot of perks. How could you complain about this place. Clean rooms, awesome staff, great rates!!!! I will always stay here when I am in town.

Great hotel, they are pet friendly and I had no issues with booking last minute while traveling with my larger dog. The pet fee is one of the most reasonable I had seen. The pet relief area is just a dirt track outside the back parking lot, so if your pet is picky this may be an issue. The staff was awesome and I would stay here again.

Me and my husband had a great time staying at the Hyatt Place Las Vegas. One of the things that stood out to us was how great the staff was. They are so accommodating and make you feel comfortable. Out of all the hotels I stayed at, the customer service here is the by far the best we've received. The rooms are clean and very roomy. The beds are really comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious, with some healthy options. The prices are great, which is hard to find when the customer service is so great. I definitely recommend staying here while your in Las Vegas!

Service was excellent, as the front desk was welcoming and all staff (including the cleaning staff) smiled at and greeted us when they saw us. Rooms were modern and clean. The tech station connected to the TV did not work and caused an issue for me as I had plugged in my phone there before taking a quick nap (result: dead phone for the rest of my night in Vegas). Also, the breakfast line was a bit long and extended out into the eating area. Breakfast was ok, very decent. Our stay was an overall pleasant experience.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful, especially if an extra towel, etc. is needed. Breakfast is included. It is simple and the options are pretty much the same every morning. One awesome feature they have is the shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport and 4 times after 2:30 PM to Planet Hollywood. If you are looking for a nice place to stay without breaking your wallet - especially on the weekend - then this is a wonderful option.

Rooms are comfortable. Hotel provides complimentary breakfast, even though the choices are limited. Located in a good area. A walk to the Strip will take you about half an hour. There's a gym and pool area. It gets quite busy but it's quiet.

Good hotel blocks from the strip. Rooms and amenities are nice, has an outdoor pool. Breakfast is a little lacking, also could benefit from a Manager:s Reception like rival chains offer.

The rooms were older. Realky good water pressure! There were holes in my comforter, the paint needs to be refreshed on the exterior and interior hallways. Breakfast was good for a hotel. I expected more but once you leave the marquis casinos, everything in Vegas is a little run down.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My fiance and I requested late check out and it was granted immediately with no extra charge. And then after we checked out, we realized that we forgot something in the room. We were granted access back to the room immediately with no hassle. It's not located in the strip and it does not have a casino inside, but that only means it's not as noisy.

I spent 3 nights while on business, this place is a real gem. Beautiful, modern and well kept place. Outstanding breakfast and super clean rooms. The most impressive thing was the friendly outstanding staff. Between Kimberli and Olivia at the front desk and John the evening shuttle driver I've never before experienced such an outstanding and enjoyable hotel experience. It's
