My wife and I are owners here though sapphire resorts. We love it every time we come. The suites are gorgeous and very spacious. We absolutely love it here

If you don't mind a smaller property with less amenities, this is a good deal. We got a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place that was huge. I almost forgot I was staying with someone. Full kitchens, living room too. 25-hour small pool and hot tub. They still provided free parking in Cosmopolitan lot at time of writing when a lot of places have started charging. Convenient access directly to Cosmopolitan for casino, restaurants, and bars. It's older and decor is a little dated but we we're really there too much anyway since it's Vegas.

Satisfactory. Building staff seems to try but we've needed new keys just about every day because they failed. Nice lounge in the lobby with complimentary treats. Location is unbeatable for the price. Units are condos and can be nice or less nice.

It seems clean. I love the kitchen. However this hotel gives you a decor of old 80's. It has a living room area. The hotel is fully functional but definitely dated. Feels like your own apartment. Overall I'm happy.

We have stayed at the Jockey Club multiple times and every time we have had polite people that greet us, a clean room, and all the supplies graciously handed to us if we did not have them. This last room we stayed in did seem a bit outdated, but it was still good with a good view of the strip. They also have a whole area of movies that you can borrow. I definitely recommend this for anyone and especially a big family.

We own a week here and love to visit and have enjoyed exchanging our week for some fabulous vacations all over the world. Staff is both competent and most cordial. Location is great and surrounded by the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio resorts.

I loved the Jockey club.How can you beat being able to be on the strip and use the finest amenities Cosmopolitan Hotel has but then have a quiet hotel to retreat to after a long day. The staff was really nice and not too pushy. The rooms were clean, spacious with a walk in closest. The kitchen appliance was a little outdated hence minus 1 star because that is it. Easy elevator access to Cosmopolitan & free parking for timeshare owners. I loved it & will be going there again!

Although tucked in the shadows of Cosmopolitan, the place is actually kept quite well. The rooms are very clean and the layout is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The parking lot is the third floor below Cosmopolitan and only a specific elevator must be taken to get to your room (Cosmopolitan casino offers no support on finding your way back to the elevators, so be sure to remember where you came from).

Room is spacious and well appointed. Some maintenance issues. Signage is non-existent so finding your way around is a pain for a bit. Staff has all been very friendly and helpful. For the price I would come back.

We wanted to take a moment and rate this wonderful hotel because we were really impressed. We celebrated my 30th birthday in Vegas and used my wife's family's timeshare for a room at the Jockey Club. We had never been there before and we were so pleased with the location and room (which was a suite and super spacious with a walk-in closet), but most importantly, the customer service was phenomenal. We live in Maui and I had to call several times for information and booking and the customer service reps who I spoke to on the phone were awesome! So helpful and pleasant. Then when we checked in, the front desk attendant was so great and again, so pleasant! She had so much going on, guests trying to check in and out and the phone ringing off the hook, and she handled it so well and with a smile on her face! I feel like it's rare to see that sometimes these days! Every time we came down for information, they were so nice! We stayed a week, so we interacted with a lot of staff! The valet guys were so helpful when we were trying to find a cab to bring us to the airport and it was pouring rain outside, and the gentleman who checked us out of the room was also so incredibly pleasant. I did not feel well the last day and they were so flexible and accommodating when we asked for late check in (they allowed us an extra three hours that morning and we were able to take our time and rest a little more). This cute little hotel nestled between the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio was a great part of our trip! When we come to Vegas again we are definitely staying there every time!! Well done you guys!! :)

Just stayed at the Jockey Club with my seven cousins and had an absolute blast in this establishment! The Cosmopolitan hotel and casino are within access of the Jockey Club, not to mention the fact that it's right on the strip near such places as Caesar's, the Bellagio, Aria, it's a great bargain! The staff we courteous and had plenty of information for our stay, I'd love to stay at the Jockey Club again the next time I'm in Vegas

We always come here every year on Thanks Giving week. I love this place simple and comfortable if you compare to the fancy hotels nearby. going around the street is so nice when you can only walk and enjoy the scenery. My family loves being here for this holidaysI fell very relax every time i come here i love Jockey Club

Great customer service! Had an issue with my reservation but the front desk worked to fix it quickly. We had a long travel day and they let us check in early. The room was very spacious and clean. Some appliances were outdated but in good shape. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Right near the strip but you really felt like you could get away from everything. Only $5.00 for valet parking!
