Make sure you get there ~20 minutes before your departure time. If you gotta get stuck in a train station, this ain't half bad. Folks are surprisingly polite and free wi-fi.

Always clean when we've visited. Coffee shop with soups and sandwiches, as well as newspaper stand with gifts. Car rental and post office on site. Convenient access to Albany and major roadways.

Polite and helpful staff, unlike Penn station. Trains usually on time, but when a small delay arose due to a yard switch problem, they were transparent with the cause and the boarding platform change.
