Location was great with quite a bit of space for parking when we were there. The beds we're a bit firm, but weren't a big problem. The room was nicely updated with lots of places to charge devices.

This is a paradoxical hotel. Nestled in the arm pit of a highway, I hear little road noise. Perched on the west back of the Hudson River, you won't see the river from the rooms because the highway blocks access. The building stands downtown, but near four brick warehouses marked by the city as vacant. I suppose I could walk to the local pub a few blocks away. But I can also travel up to Saratoga Springs by catching a Trailways bus for cheap next door at the bus terminal. All in all, a great place to hole up and avoid the Thanksgiving madness.

Room was great- clean. Had issue with room key but Raj came and fixed it very quickly and professionally. Good breakfast and nice gym equipment!

The room is pretty BUT a bit dusty, could use a good cleaning. The mattress and weird order is why I gave the room 2stars. The mattress is hard as a rock! It was like sleeping on the floor! I asked the front desk if they had an egg crate cover or an option and NO ONE got back to me. The room smells like a dead rat!
Would not recommend or stay here again.response / report this review -

First room I was in the outlets didn't work. Got moved into a different room. Took a shower (the water went from comfortable to scalding hot to freezing cold repeatedly the whole time) then tried to go to sleep, because I've been up since 0430. But it had to sleep when a room has no air flow, and is over 80 degrees. When I went to the front desk I got told I have to wait for maintenance to go fix it. I have to wake up again at 0430 again and its now 2218. If I could give this ghetto hotel 0/5 stars I would.

Hotel staff were super friendly. Hotel and room were clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast looked disappointing so we ate elsewhere. Overall we enjoyed our one-night stay.

This was a clean hotel with friendly staff and a decent breakfast​. It's in a convenient location next to downtown restaurants and bars. Quick access to the highway, complimentary coffee anytime in the lobby and single serve coffee in the rooms. Our stay was quiet and without issue.would have loved to try out their gym which is open 24 hours a day, but time didn't permit.

Stopped off here for one night. The room we were given was spacious and had a lovely fresh and modern bathroom. There was a nice breakfast the next morning which was buffet style with all the usual hot and cold options you would expect. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is not great but it's located within walking distance of the main downtown area. The hotel is well maintained so I would stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights on business.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
super service of free shuttle bus to and back from dinner in the evening, which is excellent.
The rooms were clean and recently refurbished.
The neighbourhood was a bit so so..not really suitable for walking about.
very close to the motorway so I would recommend to ask for a room at the parking garage side of the building.response / report this review -

Location is out of the way but waking distance from downtown. Perfect for a business trip. Very clean and modern. Room was clean. Keyring in the room was great as was the continental breakfast with pancake maker. I will definitely consider another stay.

Convenient location but the parking lot offers the nearest parking spots I've ever seen. Don't expect that your car won't get dinged by other cars opening their doors. It's almost not possible to get out of your car in one of these spots and surely all your passengers will have to get out before you park.
On a good note the hotel seemed modern and the rooms were nice. They also offer a Jacuzzi hot tub and pool.response / report this review -

Recently renovated so it looks nice. Friendly and great staff. But parking is difficult due to its position, rooms are small because it's old construction, and ceilings are low. Im 6'1" and I didn't got my head, but even my 5' wife thought it was small with our three kids. Also a confusing layout means you can get lost looking for rooms if you aren't careful. Breakfast choices are limited. Cereal was only raisin Bran, Frosted flakes, special K, and fruit loops.

The rooms where excellent and recently renovated. They are located in the downtown area and has plenty of food and activity within walking distance. My only complaint was that they were doing renovation to the lobby and everything was super dusty
