Hotel is nice, staff was great, breakfast was decent, after a well want impressed but for a few days it's pretty good. Rooms are clean and nice, bathroom set up is a little weird but it works. Bed is comfy, and temp control is good Only complaint was the wifi was pretty slow.

The hotel staff was great, arranged transport for me free to dinner at the restaurant I wanted to go to, (after helping me with local options.) And again for my flight. Room was clean and comfortable. I even had a how breakfast that matched my restrictive diet. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Went to pool area to watch my children swim. Missed the sign on the door that stated no drinks. E.ployee came in and in a very patronizing tone. "There are no drink in here. You walked right by it on the door." Just not customer friendly at all. I was using your provided cup and coffee.

Don't appreciate being scolded for having coffee in a paper cup in the pool area while watching my kids swim. A little reasonable flexibility in your "pool room" rules goes a long way in the name of customer service and hotel experience. It's amazing how such a small thing can sour your experience, and make you never want to stay at a Holiday Inn.

We always stay at Holiday inn Express when we can. This location is a little bit far away from our relatives but it is clean and comfortable. We had no problems and we had a good breakfast and great coffee.

We weren't there for long but the room was clean and lovely. Bathroom was super. Breakfast was plentiful. Service with a smile!

This hotel isn't your average Holiday Inn Express. Right from pulling up to the place, you see an extension to the place showing a nice pool, hot tub, and on the second floor, a gym. The lobby and eating area is very spacious, and the rooms are obviously very new. Really, I think the whole hotel is new as it is virtually pristine. I was just here for a night, but it was very, very nice. Would stay again!

We arrived after driving for 10 hours. We had no reservations and it was 10 pm. The shuttle driver told us where we could park the Uhaul as soon as we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. I entered the lobby and proceeded to the counter. The gentleman that helped me get a room was great. He was friendly and had a smile the whole time. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Came to the hotel to visit a friend and her kids and thought the pool was amazing very clean and well kept. They had a suite and i thought that the room set us was a bit weird and not very inviting. Overall i would choose to stay there next time we need a hotel.

Did the park and fly package. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good; area was clean and well kept by the staff. Check out the automatic pancake maker!! Shuttle to and from airport was very well done, quick and courteous. Will definitely stay here again when we next fly out of Buffalo.

Location is key, rooms are always clean and are well maintained. They are also a great size to house kids. A party of 8 is no problem to have in two rooms, including two children. I have nothing but praise to say about the employees. Right from breakfast to late bight front desk staff, they are kind and courteous. I highly recommend coming here!!!

I'm a Spire Elite member and I received a free upgrade to a king suite. The room was clean. The airport parking deal is great. Costs the same as parking at the airport but for a longer term. The shuttle was quick. I'll definitely stay here again. Taylor at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
