Clean and spacious IMAX theater with a nice renovation that added more foods and drinks. They have a full bar now. The theater reserved seating in the IMAX. The screen and sound is top notch in Tucson. Also, surprisingly inexpensive tickets.

Worst movie theater ever. Everything is automated, only one attendant available if you need to actually speak to a human. No one monitoring the line so people just walk up and cut in line. Bathrooms are disgusting and half the bathroom looked like a wrecking ball swung through. Seats were greasy with popcorn butter and looked like no one had cleaned all day-popcorn stuck between arms of chairs. Luckily the theater was empty enough we didn’t have to sit in out purchased seats. Won’t be returning.

The improvements that AMC had made to this theater make for a great movie experience, and the tickets are a great price! I love the new reclining seats, and that seating is assigned now.

OK I'm changing my rating, this place has changed so much. You can drink alcohol at the open bar in the lobby and order food! The seating has changed. If you've been to roadhouse cinema, it's just like that. The seats recline and they're comfortable. Enjoy!

I saw a movie in theater 15 with the nice new seats. As we walked into the theater, it was absolutely freezing. I was shivering even with a jacket on and had to leave the movie to ask them to turn the temp up. As the previews started playing, the seats were vibrating with various action noises. It was so bad that I left the theater at the end of the movie with a terrible headache. On top of all of that, the seats were very unresponsive and didn't even recline hardly at all. It's bad enough that they don't have an exterior entrance to the theater and you have to walk through the empty mall. Even with the remodel, this theater is terrible.

PREV. One of the best theaters in town. IMAX 3d is great. - - UPDATE: Had to edit my previous review from 5 to 2. Twice now had to get a refund for 3d shows in the places rear most left theater. The 3D is out of alignment and characters and objects get a strong halo / shadow effect around them in one eye but not the other. This cuases nuasia and breaks the 3D effect in scenes with higher depth. Reported to management first time, 3 months later same theater still not fixed.

Cannot recommend them until they show better quality control.

Great movie theater, clean and has current movies. Not a lot of people go here so you can always watch a movie in uncrowded theaters. Good service.

It is just a bit outdated but because of the price it really shouldn't get 4 stars I would personally give it 4.5 but since I like to round off I gave it 5 stars I have had some really good experiences in the cinema the people are always very nice and the cleanliness is good the movie itself mmm a strong B+ or A- it's hard to compare to the newer cinemas but try it and I think you will Enjoy it :)

Movie theater was not clean. The bathrooms were horrible and the staff cleaning each theater focused only on the "big ticket" shows. My wife and I went to see a movie that has been out for a while and the theater had cups in the seats, popcorn stuck to seats, and popcorn all over the floor. Only four patrons had been at the earlier showing and the theater looked like it had not been cleaned after a full house attended. The staff was either short or did not care. We saw a four person cleaning crew cleaning another theater and they were indifferent when we asked when our theater would be cleaned. We ended up looking for a seating area that was clean in order to watch the movie. The screen and audio are the online making this a two star review, as they were fine.

They liars. I bought tickets in IMAX, for price like in IMAX, but this theater doesn't have IMAX. Manager explain it like, price bigger because screen bigger.

I love this theatre, I come every week to see a show and get both myself and my mom in for just under $9. The staff is always extremely friendly. Only downside to this theatre is the price at the concessions, I only get something when I've earned a reward on my stubs card, otherwise I just bring in a water.

I usually go to the Harkins Theater @Cortaro But, I got a gift card to this theater for my birthdayOmgosh I couldn't believe the popcorn prices $7.00 and NO refill on the bag I gotand the popcorn was fill with kernels. I only ate 1/3 of the bag
I like the Harkins on Cortaro they have $5 for all movies right now & I take my Loyalty Cup for $1.50 soda And for $7.00 popcorn I get a refill on itso, I save the bag for the next time to go again.
