My 5th year in a row of staying here for a Christmas break. Amazing accomodations and a fantastic staff. By far my favorite place to stay. Legends is great as well!!

Excellent. Wonderful​ private deck with chairs, nice view. Clean and spacious rooms. And my personal favorite, big bath towels! Loved it.

We didn't actually stay at the resort, just used the facilities while at a golf tournament. We were a little early for the check in and had an awful time of it. There were no staff to take our bags, we got yelled at for trying to go to the range to warm up. When we asked where we could get breakfast they sent us to the grill that was closed. Once we found an open facility for food it cost $20 for a breakfast burrito. Just absurd. The grounds are beautiful and once the staff was in place they were good. But, our first hour there was not good. Then at lunch the burgers were undercooked and we both got sick. Not a good day overall.

It is in need of remodeling. The first room we were shown was old and warn out. We had to ask for a remodeled room which was nice but of course cost more. Felt like a bait and switch situation. The pool area and the main holes are old and beat up. All the pool chairs need replacement but you can pay a $125 to get a cabana which has nice lounges another bait and switch. For the price I would not recommend coming to this hotel. These are all my opinions

Excellent experience and the service was wonderful. My only complaint the resturant was not open all day. Lunch would also be a good time to be open. Otherwise 5 stars

One of the finer options for a Tucson resort. Service staff is friendly. The place is always clean and well kept. Also, that have the best wings in town! Definitely worth a visit.

Beautifully renovated suits. Bob's has the best chocolate cake I have ever had. In room dining was reasonable and delicious. Gave it 4 stars because the pool is just ok and doesn't always look clean.

Let me start off with, WOW! Me and a friend booked through groupon, upon arrival our reservation hadn't gone through yet, so we had some time to kill, once that got cleared up, we arrived at our room which I believe got mysteriously upgraded? I'm not sure if it was complimentary due to the initial wait when we arrived, or if it was all they had left, but wow, the mountain Vista room is amazing to say the least. It's like a small apartment, it even has a walk in closet. No kitchen tho, but a fantastic bar area with a special cooler. The bathroom is breathtaking. Marble counter tops, bathtub, and fully enclosed walk in shower, talk about elegance. This room blew me away, I had no idea it would be this luxurious and comfortable. You get your own sitting area/living room complete with couch, two chairs, TV, a office nook just off the back of the couch, and a private patio, and of course the beds, either a king or two queens, we got the two queens. We haven't even experience the spa yet, but we plan to tomorrow, so far an amazing stay!!
- well we completed our stay, and it was incredible to say the least. The Swedish massage was so relaxing, I slept for 12 hours straight that night! This resort is so comfortable and relaxing, we were so comfortable we didn't even get a chance to try the pool. Everything was so perfect, I live in Oregon and am sort of sad I live so far away from this place! It was exquisite. The only down side that wasn't quite as nice as I expected was the food. It was mediocre. I expected better from a 4 star resort.response / report this review -

On the website they like to tout the relaxing atmosphere and couples packages. Our first stay lived up to the hype. Our room was great, opting for a mountain view room with a great view towards the mountains and a second story balcony. Our more recent stay was very lack luster. First, our room wasn't ready even though we checked in later to avoid a wait time. The lady checking people in even forgot about us and helped people who arrived after we did. Second, we opted for the same mountain view room style, but some how we were on the first story and with a bottom floor "balcony" looking at the golf course. No real mountain view here. Third, the first floor ceiling seemed paper thin, as we could hear the people upstairs running around chasing their kids. The other guests were the biggest reason for the latest stay not being pleasant. Unlike our first stay, when the other guests were polite and courteous, some of the last stay's guests were not well mannered or attentive to their kids. The last stay was not enjoyable as a couples activity. Needless to say, my wife and I have had better repeat experiences at three star hotels than at this four star resort. We will likely try a few other resorts before we attempt another go at the Omni. Others will likely have different experiences depending on room location and other guests staying at the time.

It's like if Best Western had suites. We didn't use any of the resort amenities but the room was definitely not what we were expecting. It was old, rusty, and the bed was like sinking into a dumpster mattress. I have no idea how it is a four diamond hotel.

I made this reservation at the last minute from the airport in Chicago on my way to Tucson. I had a conference there at the hotel where it was being held was over booked. I was not familiar with the Omni brand But let me tell you.
The Resort was huge a large sign on the road a major Cross street a block from the entrance made it easy to find. It was midnight when a checked it. At the gate to enter the property I was greeted with a warm welcome which was repeated at the check in front desk. Staff was awesome.
The facilities were photo worthy a huge pool illuminated at night by huge columns burning open large yellow flames. The Rooms are in clusters in multiple small campus style buildings. And was in impressed the moment I entered the room. Two separate vanities, shower and soker tub, walk in closet, large seating area next to king-size bed I could go on but it's late at I'm tired.
I would stay here again.
PS swam in the very large pool doing laps. Heated nicely so I could swim even as the outside dessert air cooled.response / report this review -

The grounds are wonderfully manicured. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. All of the restaurants have a fabulous menu. Bobs steak and chop house is perfect for a romantic night out. The drink menu is complete with fine wines. Enjoy the great views from one of the patios.

I didn't use the spa, but I was disappointed in the lack of fitness classes/yoga classes and the lack of dedicated space for these classes. I think I noticed a yoga class going on in the meeting room next to ours while our conference was on break. The rooms were really big and the bathrooms were fantastic, but there isn't much to do in that area other than golf. I was there for a meeting and I think it served our purposes well. It wasn't the most glamorous golf resort I've ever been to - but it was very nice and comfortable.
