Nice clean rooms but showing it's age. Great breakfast and good happy hour. The beds are super firm and not that comfortable.We would stay here again. Very close to the Outlet mall.

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel was booked solid the week I was there, so it was understandably busy. However, the hotel staff did a great job handling the foot traffic. The hotel is well located for food and groceries. The gym is above average. The rooms were clean and well cared for. The hotel felt modern. 5/5 for business travel.

Used to love this place. Air conditioner had a wine noise today. Second room had a strong cleaning odor. Thought would be ok. Opened windows for two hours. Sore throat by now. They wouldn't give me a different room, and it's only 4 in the afternoon. Really bad day. Not good customer service.

Such a great stay that we had last week at this hotel! I had planned a girl's night with a few friends and booked a suite. When we got there, we saw that we had a neighbor and didn't want to worry about keeping him up or being quiet. So we talked to the hotel manager who gave us access to the conference room for no extra charge. Such a great statement of personal service and we had so much fun!
The breakfast was great and so was the lady serving it. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. They even had Bath and Body Works brand soaps! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.response / report this review -

We always look for Holiday Inn Express on our trips. Here's why: my wife and granddaughter wanted to swim in the outdoor pool, it had a lot of debris from the palm trees from the breeze. Chris from the front desk came out and cleaned it for them so they cold enjoy a swim. Thank you kindly, Chris!

Hotel is conveniently located just off I-10 in Marana. Lots of nearby for and shopping. Rooms are good sized with microwaves and mini fridge. Some of the debit is a bit dated but the hotel is clean and the rooms have been updated. Daily breakfast had good selection. We would stay here again.

Nothing super fancy but not bad.. as with all HIX very clean & comfy rooms! While I'm driving cross country as just stop over i10, I did discover that this hotel is a very good location to visit Saguaro national park so I went little hike there- OMG beautiful flowering.
