Quite nice modern stylized building. Rooms are very clean, was definitely a nice stay. Room location was okay, second floor just had a view of the roof.

Hotel is still under construction so it is hard to give a full give star. The breakfast is nice and staff friendly. The restroom had a line of ants in the move, rooms were clean. Very close to airport.

This is a tough one. The hotel was undergoing a remodeling during my stay. My room was very nice, the staff across the board were friendly and helpful but the construction was a big minus. What was completed looked very nice. Work should be completed in October 2017.

The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had turned the AC on and it was nice and cool. The maid kept our room clean and refreshed our towels daily.
They do not have the chef they had last year and it showed. I was so disappointed when I ordered the salmon for dinner. It was bland, white and looked like it had been frozen. Not only the taste but the presentation was terrible. The veggie omelette with ham the next morning was just as bad. You could barely find any veggies or ham. Needless to say we ate at other locations the rest of the trip.

This is a solid place to stay. I was in town on business, finished early, and spent a good portion of the day at the hotel. The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. The food was great. The bar area had a great atmosphere and was lively into the night. The pool has a lazy river built into it. Everything about this hotel was clean and well maintained. I'll be staying here again.

The people who work here are marvelous. Their big smiles and helpful behavior is enough to make any tired traveler feel welcomed. And their beds are super comfortable. I wish I could take one home.

This is my "go to" hotel in Tucson. The rooms are perfectly adequate, parking is easy to find, food is good, plus the location near the airport is convenient. I enjoy their gym and pool as well.

Booked this hotel via DTS well in advance for a business trip. When I arrived the lady at the front desk said that my room wasn't ready it was being cleaned. I sat down in the lounge because I had no issue waiting for my room to be prepared. I watched tv for about an hour and a half, noticing that 10 - 12 customers came in while I continued to wait patiently. They were all checked in and given rooms. I sat for another half hour and finally went to the counter and asked to cancel my reservation. I was very offended by my treatment. I guess that I should add that I am an African - American female and all of the other customers were Caucasian or Mexican males. I travel to this area annually for business but I will never ever book at this location again.

Room was okay, nothing special. Breakfast cost $10+. That is a joke when a $50 days inn gives free complimentary breafast. Expected better. AC was loud and the room temperature fluctuated from hot to ice box making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep.

This hotel had all the basic amenities in the room, complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee is what I have come to expect. Air conditioning in the room worked well too. There was also a pool and gym, but I didn't use those. I usually prefer a place with complimentary breakfast, but the Garden Inn had a good rate so I stayed here instead. Friendly staff and clean room, would stay here again for the competitive rate, but rates being equal I would probably pick a place with breakfast.
