We live in Clermont and we drive 26 miles just to enjoy movies in here. On the Dolby Screen the sound and picture are amazing

We go here a lot but are opting to go to other theaters. First tickets continue going up, while this place its in need of a upgrade. No small sizes, forcing customers that if they want to enjoy some popcorn and a drink they need to spend $16-$20+ for a low quality popcorn, that half the time is not fresh. We also waited in line for the jedi movie. No it was not a premier night. We were told that if we made the line we would be first to get in. Not only did they come and get us late, but somehow allowed about 20 other people to already be seated approximately the same time we were all waiting outside. Then none of the drinks machine were making ice, so we ended up with some yummy warm pop and my not so fresh popcorn. I called the next day just to let them know what we experienced and I got a somewhat apology with excuses to go a long with it. We just wanted to end Christmas on a nice note with the family so we didn't make much fuss that night but I think if I call respectfully to let you know about the concerns we have, more interest could have been shown and even something to redeem the place. So to make sure all who manage this place are made aware, here is my honest review. Probably wont be coming back in a while.

A tired theater with dirty if not torn seats, middling projection and sound, seriously in need of an upgrade. A great place for teenagers to sneak their friends in (a rampant issue on the weekends, propping doors open). And pricey. The concessions here, as others have noted, tend toward the "only high-priced LARGE sizes." The Regal Cinemas 10 minutes away is comfortable and newly-upgraded and offers a far better experience.

It's nice to come to the theatre. The staff is great and the restrooms are clean. The surround sound is awesome. Great place to visit alone, with family and friends.

Been here for 2 Star Wars releases. The lines can get insane, but they do but decent job with crowd control. One my favorite movie theaters!! The customer service is wonderful and the Dolby theater is great, the seats are comfortable and reserved. AMC has a great stubs program, so definitely join them!

I understand why ppl complaining someone doing their job, if you get asked for ID just do it, I believe everyone take thing to personal, I appreciate that we have public safety officer on site to keep us safe. Any moron see it otherwise is idiot. I believe the management does a great job and handling situations with the most up respect. So don't knock down security or management for doing their jobs.
Life isn't about unconvincing ppl life is about know everyone has job to do and we all learn to accept it. AMC theater is the best place to go and 5 star for the team for working hard and making this place enjoyable.

Very nice place. Everything is on-point here. The only room for improvement is the price, which is a bit steep. Last time I saw a film here tickets were about $18 each.

My wife and I went to see IT (2017). I have to say the most disturbing part of the experience wasn't actually the movie, but the fact that we watched a parent or guardian walk out with what must have been about a six- and eight-year old! The movie is rated R, was extremely graphic and disturbing, and we couldn't imagine what would compel this woman to bring two young children into a movie about a clown who brutally murders and eats young children! Absolutely ridiculous. When we talked to someone in management, we were further disturbed to find that the theater actually CAN and DOES bar young children from R rated movies, but AMC only does this after 6pm. So obviously they have no regard for subjecting children to R-rated content, they only care about selling as many tickets as possible. We will definitely be sticking to our favorite chain, Regal, from now on, as they bar young children from these types of films, and they send the right message by doing so.

I was on a nice date night, my girlfriend and We saw girls trip a rated R movie right we buy the tickets they ask for our ids nothing wrong with that, got our tickets went inside gave the lady our tickets THEN she asked for our ids after we put them away not a big deal we proceed on got food and drinks.Right as we tried to walk in to the movie a cop ask for us our ids I started to get mad after that 3 times for a rated R movie I'm 20 years old!! I don't like 5 years old so we showed him then he asked for our tickets so I had to set all my drinks and food on the floor to show this clown my ticket. My girl had her and through mine away of course but I had the recite that showed 2 tickets were bought right. He still didn't let me go in I said f you to him then found my ticket in my back pocket in went in. You guys will not be getting my business anymore I'm going to go to any movie theater but this one completely bs

My dad is hearing-impaired, now moreso than ever after a recent surgery on his right ear. My dad's movie-going experience is usually only made possible through the theater's captioning devices, which have frequently been unreliable.
It appeared yesterday during our screening of Spider-man: Homecoming that the device was going to fail yet again, but thanks to the immediate actions of the AMC staff, it did not. The staff came to check on us during the trailers, and when it appeared to be malfunctioning again, rebooted the system and brought out another device. I can not thank the AMC staff enough for doing everything they can to ensure that my family yesterday had an enjoyable experience.

It's an amc Clean and expensive as heck.

Visited couple days back and absolutely did not know what movie me and my friend should watch until we asked the young girl that worked there selling tickets her name was Suhair. She recommended Gifted and the movie was amazing!! When she saw us walking out she stopped us and asked us our opinion and we thanked her so much for recommending that movie. The fact that she asked us afterwards makes us wanna come back to AMC! She was very nice and patient with us.

Dude the Dolby experience at this theater is off the chain! If you're into cinema this is by far the best way to see a movie! No BS. Really hoping other AMC locations step it up and add this to there other locations. Remarkable!

Dolby Cinema is truly the best way to enjoy a film and for the moment this is the only place in central Florida to experience it. The rest of the theater is on the better side of average and on my visit the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Saw the 10:00pm showing of Kong Skull Island on March 11 2017 in the Dolby Cinema. This theater was amazing but the issue we had was that no one was standing outside the theater to check your tickets. People were sitting in our reserved seats that we had paid $16 per ticket for, $5 more than a regular ticket. They moved but you could tell that people were buying cheaper tickets for the other theaters and then walking into the Dolby Cinema due to there being no gatekeeper in the way. In the future I will either not buy tickets for the Dolby Cinema or do what many people are apparently doing; buy a ticket for another movie and save $5 and then just walk in to the Dolby Cinema. I hope this theater fixes that problem and places an employee at the entrance to the Dolby Cinema to check tickets.
