Perfect place to stay with a bar and restaurant. Biggest perk is beach access from pool. Nice and clean. We arrived an hour early, thanks to front desk that we were able to check in early. Food was good. The only issue I had was parking. It's located across street (A1A). Overall we enjoyed our stay at Daytona Beach.

Phone didn't work. Room smelled like damp water. Room service dinner was not good (although the breakfast was pretty good). Room cleaning doesn't happen until late in the afternoon. Parking is across the street and limited at that. Don't feel is very responsive (e.g., asked for me towels and they arrived within a few minutes).

Clean comfortable rooms! They are big rooms with a fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Staff was great! Thank you for a nice stay at a very reasonable rate!!!

This Hotel was very beautifully presented, the lobby, Pool, restaurant, and bar were great!! but once we got in our room we found roaches!!!! there weren't a whole lot that we could see but they were defiantly there, and the TV didn't work at all, wouldn't even turn on. the best thing about it was the access to the beach.

Eh. Room size was great. We were on the outer annex which was a bit strange. More overlooking the roof below than the beach. Everyone was pleasant during the stay. The location is good and close to the main centre.

I really enjoyed our stay here. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. My favorite part was having a view of the ocean and being able to sit on the balcony at night to enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. Just be aware, the parking area at the hotel is limited--and when I say limited, I mean very limited. I was thankful to get a parking spot, but unfortunately that is not the case for most people. Most likely, you'll have to park across the street. I also didn't see a crosswalk in the immediate area. The hotel should definitely petition the city government for one. Also, the printer in the lobby was not working and the computer they provided was primitive at best. The fitness room appeared to not exist, as they had torn it down and might be in the process of building a new one. There was next to no luggage carts, so just be prepared to hand carry the luggage. Overall, the hotel was nice and I would consider staying again if I'm in Daytona Beach.

First of all, when you pull up, go ahead and park across the street in their parking lot, then just take your bags. Pulling in and parking on hotel side possibly impossible. Check-in was probably the fastest, just have ID/CC ready. Room was nice, clean and cool, and the view was fantastic. Out the back door and past the pool and you are on the beach. One thing I did find annoying. NO FREE COFFEE!!! Only pods in room and they sux!! Also, I can understand the no free breakfast, but this place is very stingy with utensils and/or flatware, SUPER cheap combo pack with fork/knife/napkin is all you will get. Overall, Good for money.

Daytona Holiday Inn & Suits was an awesome place to stay while on Vacation. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and furnishings up to date. Very nice pool with convenient access to the beach. My only complaint was the Limited availability of parking without having to park in the lot across the street.

Super friendly staff. Hotel is super clean. Very nice ocean view with beach access just steps from the pool. Amazing lounge area with fire pits. Our room is very clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious as well. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a nice, clean updated place, but for the price, I expected a lot more. Our room was on the roadside, and you could hear everything! Very noisy! The staff was very friendly. Some of the downfalls tho, no continental breakfast. Not even free coffee! ( except what's in your room) no hot tubparking lot is across the street(there's a tiny one right by hotel if you're lucky, you may get a spot) . I was disappointed only because we paid $160 for a regular room. I expect a lot more for that price!

We booked our room online and check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. Upon going into our room we discovered that our room did not have a balcony only a window looking out at the ocean. We called down and switched our room (after paying a upgrade charge) which was handled well. In the new room, the space where the king size bed has no A.C. It relays on the unit in the adjoining room so it's much warmer where the bed is. We went out to dinner and came back to the room and there was a huge roach on the wall (thankfully outside of the room). We open the sliding door to sit on the balcony and listen to waves , after the door open for about 20 minutes, the room was full of bugs ! Disappointing that I can't have the balcony open and listen to the waves..part of why I wanted to stay on the beach.

I had an enjoyable stay here. Nice facility, a pool, balconies in the rooms, and easy beach access. A good place to use your reward points. Location is decent. A quick walk to a few places to eat and shop on seabreeze which is a nearby main street. Parking is limited on beach side but they have a pretty large overflow lot across the road. For a weekend trip or couple days it is fine.
