The hotel wasn't quite what was expected, the hotel looked like it could use an update the hotel lobby was a bit messy. I had booked a room with a city but instead I got a lovely view of a hotel and a parking lot. Bathroom door had to be slammed shut so that it would close same goes for the room door. The gates by the pool were falling apart and didn't feel safe. Found hand prints on the head board which was unsettling, stains on the sheets and a burnt hole in the other bed sheet. Window shades were very dusty as well the window itself. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Upon check in they make you leave an additional $50 Deposit for smoking and pets. However the staff member placing the towels in the rooms was smoking!!! The room smelled like wet dog and cigs. The shower head was covered in mold. The guest in the adjacent room was under the influence and was trying to enter our room all night long. When we opened the door to let him know it was not his room he was rude and looked homeless. He kept us up all night! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. NOT SAFE!!!! The walls were dirty, the bed sheets stained and dirty! The front desk staff was nice the management was rude. The bathroom door had holes and windows could not be secured. Police came for the guest next door due to a fight in the street. The phone had stains that I don't event want to image what they were.

Very good. Can't complain about a beach front hotel with a pool and hot tub connected to the beach for this price. No complaints except the hot tub could of been a little hotter, I can't blame them though as I was there at a very slow time.

Stayed for 5 hours with a discount through Verizon Smart Rewards. Woke up in the middle of the night to BED BUGS!. I don't know what else to say. Took pictures and everything, told the clerk(he didn't say anything back, just sat there) and left in the middle of the night with my wife for our miserable 12 hour drive back. So you know how Choice Hotels handled the situation? Gave us Choice privilege points. Really? We wanted our money, not useless points. Completely ridiculous, just unbelievable.

I am a long time choice rewards member. I have stayed at multiple choice properties nationwide and this was the absolute worst one I have stayed at. The beds were dirty with stains all over the and the bathrooms were disgusting. I saw multiple roaches crawling around the room. I understand 1/2 the building was under reconstruction but that is no excuse for the phones in the rooms to not work. There was absolutely no parking anywhere which could have been a fire hazard. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .

This was the WORST hotel experience EVER! Upon arriving, there was no parking! I was told to park on the sidewalk and they would be sure that my car didn't get towed! We waited for someone to leave to have a parking spot. When we got to our room (117) you immediately were hit with a terrible mold and mildew odor! The smell was so strong and bad! There was water seeping out of the wall in the bathroom causing a puddle (possibly the source of the smell) The room was filthy, dead roaches on the floor, a rusty coffee pot, the remote didn't work. There was so much moisture in the air that the bedding felt damp. I called the front desk and told them that the terrible odor was just too much!! I actually took photos and forwarded to the hotel chain and the corporate offices of Choice Hotels!!
