This place is fraudulent. My wife and I purchased a desk in early March, stipulating that we did not want the floor sample because it was damaged. Malik Owens, the sales rep., promised that they had a new version in the back. Andthey delivered the floor sample. So we sent it back because it was damaged. A week later they delivered another model, which was also damaged, so we sent it back. They then deliveredthe floor sample--the very same one--which was still damaged, although you could see that someone had done some very hasty repair work on it. Malik, with whom I had spoken repeatedly throughout this process, directed me to the manager, who did not return three calls. After being ignored by management, I called Malik again, and he said--and I will never forget his words--'As far as I'm concerned, this is out of my hands.' So, now the manager will not return calls and the sales rep. refuses to take responsibility. I then proceeded to call this store every week for over a month, until finally I got through to the manager *in May* and he authorized a refund. In order to process this refund, however, he needed my wife's card, and she was at work, which meant that I would have to call the next day with her card number. Which I did, and, surprise surprise, the manager was not in, and he did not return my call. And he has not returned a single call since May. I have now called every week or two weeks since late spring. It is late October 2015; this interminable abnegation of responsibility has been going on since early March 2015. Here's my recommendation: go elsewhere. There are many people who are happy to take your money in this city, and some of them even offer decent furniture. Removing ABC from your shopping list will not reduce your choices; it will only reduce the headache of having to deal with irresponsible people.
