  Beautiful location in the high class Nişantaşı neighborhood, but a 10 minutes walk from the metro station.

  I really like this place as it's in the middle of the city and everything is just around you.
  The only negative point is that the kitchen closes at pm :/ . No food, no drinks ! But in general I should say it's a very good hotel and I would recommend staying here.

  Overated and expensive. Does not have 5 star hotel facilities. Excellent location but full of annoying beggars. Friendly buy average service from staff. rooms are small even suite option

  Very nice hotel what I like the most is area of the hotel, many good cafe, parks & restaurants are just one foot step from the hotel. The service is good.

  Wonderful rooms, friendly staff. I really enjoyed the rich breakfast. Perfect location if you would like to shop. Walking distance to luxury stores and Lutfi Kirdar Exhibition Center. The hotel is good for both leisure and business.

  Never stay in this crappy low quality Hotel. We came from a long way from New York then at the check-in they first told us that we do not have a room. When we show them their reservation confirmation they said they will give us a room but they gave their worst room looking to the back side of the Hotel. They did not even tried to solve the problem. Totally unsatisfactory. Very bad attitude. Definitely not Turkish style. Worst Hotel in Istanbul.
