We stayed at this hotel during one week holiday in Istanbul with the family. I can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. The staff are incredible warm and welcoming. They all knew our children by name and made them feel at home. The rooms and all facilities are clean and easy to use. The service is outstanding, they recommended places to visit during our trip and were full of great advise.
The swimming pool is great for adults and the children's pool was the highlight for our 3 year old son. My wife loves the spa and it was very reasonably priced ( enough for her to visit everyday!)
The restaurants is great, we had both breakfast (buffet great!) And dinners and the food was great. We love the European dishes As well as the traditional options available.
We would stay here each and everytime we return as the reason we enjoyed istanbul so much was because of our stay here.
A big thank you to all the staff and especially Mr Ilhan and Mr Mustafa who although are senior management both are very involved in the day to day running and were familiar friendly faces ready to welcome and assist at the hotel everyday.

Asia side of town. Staff and accommodations couldn't have been better. Loved every minute of the stay. Great for business traveler or for someone that wants to have a little "quiet time" away from the European side.

Location: Nice location, with many stores around. 5/10
Reception: They are alright. 7/10
Price: Little bit pricy specially with the breakfast. 5/10
Hygiene: It was clean and neat. 8/10
Comfort: Bed and sheets were comfortable and the shower was nice. But it was so annoying that they keep knocking the door for room service TWICE "didn't ask for it". 5/10
PRIVACY: THERE IS NO PRIVACY!! After room service knocked twice, another staff came and knocked then he OPENED the door!!!! Asking "mini bar order?" Also we didn't ask for it!! 0/10!
* There should be a clear protocol about guest privacy! This is not acceptable! After we complained, they didn't do anything or apologize.

Great hotel on the asian side of Istanbul! Very clean, nice spa, fitness room, restaurant, lobby. Very friendly staff. Views from superior floors are awesome. The food in the restaurant was delicious and incredibly varied (especially the breakfast and lunch buffet sweet selection blew us away).
